At the end of Revolutions Neo told to Smith( I mean the Oracle in him): “You allways was right”.. ( or something like that)
At M1 Oracle told Neo that he can choose his death or Morfeus death. He didn’t do anything of this, and we can see that Morfeus and Neo survived.
We can concluse that Oracle lied, but it’s wrong!
Neo didn’t saved Morfeus and himself because he understand that he is the one. This is stupid. Oracle didn’t say when Neo will die if he save Morfeus. If Morfeus died Neo probably will not realise that he is the One, and that’s the end of story.
And, at the end of M3 he dies after he understand what he have to do
She allways was right!
Neo means exacly that !

neo said "you always was right. it is inevitable" was a refer to M1, metro scene where neo jumped up to the roof while he has smith on his shoulders. before he jumped, smith said, this is the sound of death, your death is inevitable or something like that..

what oracle said in the first movie to neo about choosing his death or morpheus death was meaningful because neo needed to hear this to FEEL that he really might be the one. after the chopper crashed to the building, he understands that he is the one, because he saved morpheus (if he didn't the agents would kill him because they were cracking his mind soon). and at the end of M1, neo died as oracle foreseen that one of this two will die.

at first neo didn't believe that he was the one, he required some proves or at least clues that he might really be the one. so oracle guided him as she did to all.

Neo did die in M1.
