Hey, my first post!

Well, I don't know if anyone has said this or not, but I think that Neo is connected to both the matrix and the source. That is why he could jack into the matrix without actually jacking into it. This is why he had to let smith take him over at the end. After smith took him over, the source killed him, thus killing agent smith and causing and chain reaction killing all the smiths. Who knows, just a thought. Tell me what you think.
