My attention, like an eventuality, was pulled to the cries of yours, which let me absurdly call 'fans of revolutions'.
The understanding or at least the theory of understanding about the revolution is very simple really. Like other Matrixs, the brothers have painted an abstract art. He enjoyed it, you did not like it... Fare! its individual perspectives. His way is not to be taken as definitive like words of God. However, claiming that its nonsensical because they did not use twists and mixes from your suggested/tailored box, is ..like giving an electron a choice between your familiar categories, either a particle or a wave-form. Mercifully however, each color and swatch the brothers use exist within the boundary of notions from this very world. It may be a weird cocktail of stuffs from logic to religion can be, nonetheless it should be approachable.
Now, that with the preamble I (assumed to) have asserted my authority of better assessment over yours, let me play your Saviour for your mental worries of the matrix. I must say one of your assessment was surprisingly accurate. Moreso its about the tough part where people often get wrong: ".. I am a 12-year-old boy who was thrown out of kindergarden." This is a good sign, Kid! ..that you have potential and you ask questions.
You ask questions; some absurd, some helpful for your understanding. you are suppose to ask questions. albeit the question is ... do you know why? as Merovingian would put it. well, you are smart to acknowledge, that it is a consequence of the movie asking questions to many of your assumptions first. But, where you discard many things as some arbitrary flaw, the architect simply would say ..its a limit. why are the two different? Good start! Keep asking.. For example, Its only ironic limit, and not a flaw that machine have improvised to take over humans and use human body as a very efficient energy source without trying to eliminate them. Why? Remember, machine's struggle for the survival can solely for their functionality alone. But they were designed in association with humankind itself to beginwith. So, they can not do without negotiating their own level of survival. Knowing 'why' apriori gives you power to anticipate and design. Predicting emergence of an anomaly as a consequence of system logical limit, prepared the architect with an intuitive test-bed for it, the oracle. Without knowing 'why' would put one simply in business of patching up the systems to fix problem as problem would appear in time or urgency. Oblivious to the fact that such solution itself may unplug a doom such as the 'agent Smith'. So you see, this is partly a reason, I would not even try to answer any of your specific question. I would remain as cryptic, with certain satisfaction I may add, like the Oracle. Because Kid! the pleasure of finding things out should remain yours.
Okay! First thing first. For basic comprehension of the brothers piece of mind, listen to the Dane Davis concluding movie credit soundtrack again. This, would give you the pattern of Neo's evolution. In terms of the three messages in the lyrics viz:
From delusion lead me to truth
From darkness lead me to light
From death lead me to immortality.
The soundtrack 'Neodoemmerung' has more such relevantly chosen words.
O the great kid of animatrix! Neo was once like you, wanting to exit from it. and surprise, surprise! he did it. Now you are not happy because I assume your question is, how can he do it again? from the next level that involves you? Because Kid! he did not forget the lesson you taught him inside the matrix, that "there is no spoon!" and he did that when you told him he should bend his mind instead. Its not possible in 'your' world? Its not impossible to imagine really, if you allow the 'New' kid in the block to exist.
She is from different world, an enigma to you. Her name is 'Sati'. One meaning suggest; what comes after (follow) 'Sat' (the existence). She is the first 'exile', a mind construct from machine but unlike it. She does plot genuinely creative flares in the sky. She exists, but without a body association as it used to be the case in the matrix. Why she exists? That was given in terms of the words or notions which we assume as genuinely human but has the prevading nature such as 'Love' (also as a cause for her existence) or 'Karma(Action/Function)'(also as a reason for her existence). The matrix, Sion, Mobil avenue and/or elsewhere, the 'intellegence' seems to have found a common ground in these words (Dejavu from other Sci-fi?).
I agree, mere words are ..words and not an answer, but sometimes it is as far as the philosopher bros with simile or director bros with celluloid representation can take you. They themselves knows or not is not relevant either. These elusive words not different from Oracle supposedly outpouring that evades you " the power of the world extends..". I would not worry kid! 'the message was for Neo and Neo alone'. and when you are prepared to make a choice to understand it, you would know.
Neo realizes a character from the world that validates pet stuff of some theorist (String theory:Fabric of space is discrete + Godel theorem:there would exist unprovable entity in any discrete system for example). He realizes that he is 'the anamoly', a consequence of limit to the system put by logic. He felt the connection between zion(real) and the matrix(abstract) beyond the green codes or golden energylines which for example share their discrete nature at fundamental level as oppose to its complete and continuous appearances, and/or (if he embodies yet another theory) that all the visuals in the 'real' world is nothing but continuous flow of 'information' not much different than stream of data in a simulation. Anyhow, He realizes that though he came 'from the source' as a result of constraint put in the matrix, but he is beyond the constraint, he is 'the anomaly'. This enable him to 'extend beyond' and work around 'artificial' boundaries, under one of which you tug yourself safe for sweet dreams galloping some blue pills.
