Neo: why are you here?
Oracle: Same reason: I love candy

Reinterpretation:
Neo asks "Why are you here?"
"Same reason." the Oracle answered. She ate a piece of candy "I love candy," she commented.

In other words, she wasnt saying she is here BECAUSE she liked candy, she wa there for the same reason as Neo, AND (separate unrelated idea) she likes candy.

Besides, why would Neo be there because he likes candy? Did that ever come up before?

But I dont sit idly by, I'm planning a big surprise, I'm gonna fight for what I want to be

This line also caused me a bit of confusion. Why would she say "Same reason"? They've never talked about liking candy before. Certainly Neo didn't mention it before. There might be a hidden meaning though. I'll try to come up with something.
