»Why does the Architect try to look human?«

I read somewhere (I think that it was in The Art of the Matrix) that the machines started having prejudices between the ones that looked more human than others. So WHY does the Architect TRY to look human. Obviously he's not, because he's
A) lived WAY too long
B) Talks strangly (you've discussed this)
C) As in the Second Renissance part 2, they expirimented on all of the humans. Why would they 'Spare' a human to design the matrix

Perhaps for Neo's sake he had a Human Shell so Neo would feel 'comfortable' talking to him...
All the other progs - Merovingian, Persephone, Oracle etc..etc.. all have a Human Shell too....

Well, those one's would be obvious. Everyone in the matrix would start thinking that something was seriously wrong with this "world" if everyone started walking around not human-coated (so to speak).

But that is also HOW they're programed. To look like humans. But for the Architect, that doesn't apply.
