Why are the people hooked up to the matrix completely still when they are injured or killed, but OUTSIDE of the matrix, they move, and have sizures, etc?

Do you mean the people that are in the pods (the batteries)?
The fact is that we don't know this for sure. But if they don't move, then it is possible that there is some 'override' which prevents them from doing so, remember that the people in the pods have a lot more 'plugins' than the Zionist hackers do (the Zionists only use the interface at the back of the head, not the numerous other ones ie: the multiple connections along the spine, the arms, chest, etc).

Yeah, what I meant was the people in the pods. Do you think they put some kind of "drug" that prevents them from doing that? That they put in the red goop that is recycled human? If you've read any of the comics online (go the the official site, mainframe, comics), it shows that they just DIE.
