Yeah, morpheus does jack out.. you can see him running towards neo after he jacks out quite a few seconds later.

Maybe Morpheus showing up early in the simulation is just a movie mistake.. why can't people accept it? lol

I remember something about five other "ones" that Morpheus found that all got killed. It wasn't in an earlier script either because I have never read any scripts for the movie. It's in M1 somewhere, I don't know where. I'll watch it and find out.
