Some people have found the Path of Neo Design Document, and it appears to be legitimate.

Ah, the Seraph game! I remember Joel Silver talking about that and then they presented us.. PoN!

Anyway, I googled a bit but no one seems to have archived the site. And google cache doesn't show anything.

I think that we'll never have a chance to read the actual 450mb document as the developer of the game removed it.

The closest thing that I found (and that no one mentioned) is this cached page --> cache.zoominfo.com...

Ah, good find. I still wish we could have found the original document. Hopefully someone else might have downloaded it already?

Try registering at any sites/forums/blogs that people have discussed this and send them a pm asking to save the cached contents from their browser. Then post here what you found, or send me a pm.
