also the fight with merovingian henchmen agenst neo , they have at least 6 semi automatic guns, and they all shoot at neo, neo stops the bullets the guns r dropped on the floor, later watch where merovingian is standing, i do not see any guns lying on the floor there?do you? and merovingian hasnt moved...hmmm?

Pay close attention to the last henchman of the Mervo's. Before Neo smashes him with the huge mace you get to see the Merv in the background in two shots. If you look at the floor to the left you see the pile of weapons. When Neo runs towards the door that part of the floor isn't in the scene.
