Neo is test subject of love

i don't know if it was mentioned, the possibility of neo being AI, but as a test subject of love within machine race. "The path of the one is made by the many." The oracle told Morpheus that he would find "the One." Then she told Trinity, that when Morpheus finds him, that she will fall in love with him. This is the oracles part in creating the love, guiding them towards their goal in creating it. Then in the second movie, Persephone asking for the kiss as if you were kissing the one you love. The first test to see if the love exsists is the kiss, and she sees it. The next test, is when Neo chooses the door to save Trinity, over all of mankind, knowing she will die anyway, but still driven to save her.

Love for another individual is what has been lost on the machines. Persephone indicated as much. But, Neo's love for Trinity will light the way for the future of both man and machine.

In the Animatrix during 'Matriculated' a machine has the first inklings of what love is during his retraining. But, those men rejected the idea because they still wanted to be man-in-control-of-machines. For man and machines to truly understand love, they will have to co-exist as equals or merged partners.
