Neo the one or not?

Ive been looking at all the posts and have seen that there is no reference to the kid who seems obssesed with neo and how when neo visits the orical in the first matrix movie is told that he is not the one and that he may be waiting for the next life. I was wondering if you guys have put any thought into whether the kid has a deeper underlying meaning to the story such as neo and the boy being connected in some way or neo becoming the boys Morphious?
