First off, great ideas Smile

I like to compare, even though it's got nothing in common, Matrix with the Lord of The Rings, the book! Tolkien, the author of LOTR has built in the book riddles and things which make you think, as it is in the Matrix. i guesss this is the best thing to do, cause you make people think about your "product".

The thought occurred to me while walking my dog last week. Matrix Revolutions and LOTR: The Return of the King are both wrapping up their franchises at the end of this year. Peter Jackson has done a masterful job of illuminating an all-time thought-provoking classic from the last century. The Wachowski's are creating a mind-warping classic for this age.

Well, campers, we are being spoiled! After the Christmas movie season is over, we're going to have a long drought to get through with some serious risk of withdrawal coming on. Has anybody seen anything of any originality and thoughtfulness coming out of Hollywood. Yup, I didn't think so. Thank goodness for DVD players!!

And, I'm not holding my breath until 2005. That's when we'll be disappointed by the last time by George Lucas' last Star Wars installment. Anime' is the wave of the future!!

I hear rumours that a movie based on "Ender's Game" will be coming out soon. If they hold to the book, that could turn out to be an interesting movie. Although knowing the ending takes a lot of the speculation out of it.

DVD ....... I guess you're right . Want original ? check out Donni Darko . It's the only movie that i had to do research on in order to understand it ( other than the Matrix of course ) .
The last Star Wars wasn't that bad , a lot better than the first episode . The fight scene with Yoda alone was worth my 7 bucks .
Upcoming movies to watch ....... the one that I can't wait to see is Hero , with Jet Li and Zang Ziyi . It is the chinese movie entrance for best foreign film for next year's Academy Awards .
I've heard "28 Later" is good but I haven't had a chance to see it yet .

Hopefully "Kill Bill" will be as good as it looks, but that is also this year. Yep, 2004 will be a tough time for Hollywood. Even the new Marvel franchises look awful. Punisher? Iron Man? Where is Johnny Depp's Dr. Strange? Is he stuck in the 9th gate or something?

find the gate and you may walk alone between heaven and earth

I haven't heard of the Iron Man , but the Fantastic Four is in production . George Cloony is supposed to play Mr. Fantastic . We're also getting Spiderman 2 next year ... I'm not to exited about it .
It looks like Hollywood will bring both Batman and Superman back .

I was really surprised to find out the Hugo Weaving acted in both series. LotR - Elrond
Matrix - Smith

His role as Elrond qualifies him for the good team. Smith represents the evil enemy. The timeline is clear: are these bad signs for spoiling the world?

... there is an amazing way out ...

You fools, don't you see this is all a plot by the evil machines?

See, such awesome movies that appeal to the geeky mind with such short intervals between their releases would spur a massive exodus of pasty, pale nerdlings from their parent's basments and into DIRECT SUNLIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME! Their exposure to the sun's ultraviolet rays would surely cause them to simultaneously EXPLODE into ASH and DUST, thus BLACKENING THE SKIES!! Now the machines will have an excuse to enslave humanity and use all our juicy flesh-energies to power their evil chichanry, ALL IN THE SERVICE OF THE DARK LORD SAURON, who is the LORD OF THE RINGS!!

Yummy, another great pic to get my evil juices flowing.
Haven't you noticed that whenever I see a pic of my hero, my personality suddenly changes? I go from the mild-mannered me into something incredibly SMITHish ~ I dare not divulge what I'm thinking - the Great One would bar me from the site, God forbid... Twisted Evil Wink

If you like that, then go to

thematrix.com...
and download the official theatrical trailer. Once you've got it all, play it in FASTFORWARD! In it is Agent Smith laughing, and when you fastforward it, he sounds like a chipmunk! (Bweeheeheehee!)
(: Laughing *Grins* Is master knnknn? *bows to the computer* Master! Master!
