Have you ever seen or even felt it?It's that feeling thet comes sometimes....It's that sense...It's the smell....tell it whatever you like...That excact feeling that Neo had. There is something wrong within this world but you dont know what. But you feel it.You can see it.Consequences.There are consequences of your actions.Consequences that you can't controll.Insted you watch them without being able to react. It's like being on the other side of a mirror. You see,you feel, you taste...but you cannot control anything. You think you choose, you make choices. It's an illusion. You simply follow some stated rules and stereotypes. After all the only thing you can do is watch yourself doing things that you consider as 'your choice'...only watch as if you watched an image through a mirror....But you are on the other side...the wrong side....
Have you ever felt it?What is it?

Why keep fighting? Do you believe you're fighting for something, for more than your survival? Can you tell me what it is, do you even know?

"-A typical mental delusion. We get unbalanced kids like this all the time." Whitelaugh

Ok I'm joking here. Sometimes all of us feel this way and that's why the original Matrix became a huge success.

If that's a story you are writing, my apologies for moving it from the fan fiction forum.

But if you want to discuss your opinions (you want a matrix chit chat) this might help: matrix-explained.com...

My pleasure! Cool

But as I can see you started another thread expressing your opinions and I moved it also to the Chit Chat forum. You could merge the ideas of the two threads into one.

Less threads, less moderating, less mb in the forum's DB, faster speed! Thumbup

That there's something wrong with the world.

When I saw the planes hit the twin towers in 9-11 my brain said there is something wrong with this picture it looks like I am watching a Die Hard movie something does not seem right.

Morpheus: You've been living in a dream world, Neo.

Memorable Quotes from
The Matrix (1999)

Morpheus: Let me tell you why you're here. You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me. Do you know what I'm talking about?

Memorable Quotes from
V for Vendetta (2005)

V: Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there? Cruelty and injustice, intolerance and oppression. And where once you had the freedom to object, to think and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillence coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission.

Well i don't quite understand this. How you connect this accident with the idea of ''there is something wrong with the world''?

This terrorist act looked like it was design by Hollywood

I have a bad feeling about it as though something is wrong with this picture.

Something is out of place.

Something does not seem right.

I've also read the comic, it was really good but you should see the Wachowskis' adaptation because the theme is somewhat changed.

Now it's becoming clear.I agree with you DaVinci.(about the plane crush)But the felling i try to describe is not only about a single fact but lasts some moments and is very intensive....
