»Schopenhauer reference in Persephone/Key Maker scene«

I noticed a interesting one while watching Reloaded tonight. The book that Persephone pulls out to open the secret passage that leads to the Key Maker's cell is Schopenhauer's "Die Welt Als Wille Und Vorstellung", or The World As Will and Conception. It's very fitting in that the whole premise in the work is the "World as Idea" or existence as purely subjective construct. Next to this book is his Parerga Paralipomena. I have a philosophy degree and 42" plasma display to thank. Is there any end to the symbolism?
