Proof (?) against MiM Theory

I am going to state right off hand that I am an AVID believer in the MiM theory... but I am willing to accept that I may be wrong. After all, the brothers love to play with our minds.
That said, I was watching Reloaded (again) and I noticed something that got me worried that the MiM theory may be proven wrong. At 1:41:54 of the movie, while Morpheus is giving his "providence" speech (About a minute into Chapter 27 "Sacrifice and Sabotage"), squidies are shown just before they attack the ship with a bomb. The background looks like ZION, which begs the question.... Is that a previous Zion? If that is a previous Zion, then doesn't that suggest that the MiM theory is wrong?
On a side note, Morpheus, in that same speech, said that there are no accidents just as we are shown the weak point of the bridge structure which later collapses killing both crew members. Does this mean that the Machines "programmed" the bridge to collapse (Assuming MiM theory is true) so that Trinity would have to go in the Matrix, therefore controlling Neo to choose the door to hopefully save Trinity. This supports the MiM theory.... hmmmmmmmmmmm.... interesting.
I am going to try and paste the picture later...

First of all, I think your time preference is not correct, I’ve watched both region 2&5 and the region 1 versions, but the scene you referred to is not shown at this preference on those versions.
I watched the whole sequence again but saw no resemblance between the city of Zion and the backgrounds, even so how could you draw the conclusion that this would be against the MwM* theory? Maybe while designing the new Zion, they paid close attention and included the previous Zions too, so they don’t contradict themselves?

i was just thinking about if the machines created neo just to make morpheus believe in the one more and make neo do all the things they want him to...which leads to control

Blooding is no proof of "Real Zion"

Bane/Smith cuts himself and we see blood, but that does not mean Zion is real - when Morpheus fights that agent over the truck, the agent is hurt and we also see blood (and they are in the matrix, so Bane/Smith's blood in Zion is no proof that Zion is real).
