Can anybody explain to me:

-n Matrix Reloaded just after being doing "Superman thing" Neo land down on top of the roof of some building and went in some aprtment.What is it about?

The apartment Neo went in is the Oracle's apartment. He was there looking for her. That is why he says "Where are you?"

Unfortunately no one can be told what The Matrix is...You have to see it for yourself.
