Neo and Trin cant simply be programs as they can hack out of the matrix and walk around (in the hoverships and zion)... no program can do that.

The last one isnt that different, exept that people can make few choises... Smith isnt new, and the behaviour of smith isnt new either... I read somewhere on this site that for every Matrix-version there was a One and a Virus, causing the version to collapse and re-start a new one. In this case, Neo is the One, and Smith the Virus...
I dont know if this is true, but it sounds ok...
Talking about the other matrix-versions, you guys realise that around 2050 AI was invented and around 2100 Matrix was found by the robots... scince Neo lives in around 2199 real-time, and 1999 matrix-time, and scine his matrix-version started from the year 1800 (how did i know that?) would mean that...
-time goes faster in the matrix?
-my 1800-starting-date is incorrect?
-the whole real-world time-line is incorect, and thus the knolledge of Morphius...

Time doesn't exist in the matrix at least not in the same way it exists outside it.

Ive read somwhere on this site that every arrival of the One was companied by the arrival of a virus. This was a different One and different virus every time, in Matrix V.6 the One was NEo, and smith became the Virus. Im not sure if this is true, where it is based on and even if i belief it myself (dont think so) but might be....

The little flaw in this reasoning is why the mainframe/God/Source had to wait all this long to reach and delete Smith via a connection that is Neo connected after the dialogue with DEM/Machine God/Source. Even before this happened, there were still so many "Smith-ed" people already connected via the nesting wombs to the Source/mainframe -

alright well... honestly i havent really been reading all the posts yet(sorry im so damn lazy D: ) buuuut... all i know is that trinity has in fact "kicked the bucket." As for Neo, being the process known as the one means that your consousness is altered to think more like a machine, as well as possby reincarnation in the matrix as a "program", just like seraph, because he is in fact a past one and currenty an agent of the system(a seraphim agent to be exact). In fact I blieve Neo is reincarned at this time wandering around(my best suspect is Sara Edmont).

It's interesting to see that the commando's are controlling sentinels at distance. This is exactly what I tried to explain on this forum some time ago, the sentinels are not intelligent machines, they're remotly controlled by programs. They're just empty shells.

In some ways, they're just an interface allowing programs to act in the reality, just like the rsi is an interface for humans to act inside the matrix.

Commandos = programs, General = human/program really not sure atm, he claimed tbe a program, but in the missions they mension jacking him out/in.

Now that's even more interesting. Was he in the matrix when they made that comment or was he in a sentinel ? Because the commandos could "jack out" (they vanished like a human jacking out) when they went in reality to control the sentinels.

Btw, the Assassin also jacked out in one of the cinematics (on the trashboat). It looks like jacking out is not only reserved to humans.

I have seen that video, but I don't see the General being jacked out in order to go to reality ?
