You are wasting a lot of bandwidth Pskey with your interior ramblings and , obviously have no real interest in escaping your enslavement- why dont you join a sci fy gossip board where truth is not allowed to compromise one's beliefs?
as long as I am around this is a christian board lol
your only hope is Christ- ignore the 'manual' to your peril

@pilgrimXX
You are doing an excellent job of demonstrating Christian Parrotude. Keep up the good work, but please find a Christian board to do it on. Or churchgoer board. WHATEVER![/size]

What you're doing seems alot like what you are criticising.

Psikey is explaining his stance and I appreciate that.

i prefer to look at it as a door into a reality that we all crave..
ie
you shall know the truth - and the truth shall set you free

said by god who came down here as a knuckle busting carpenter on that mission that he completed by revoking the death curse for all time for anyone who wants to drop the free GOS PILL in faith and walk in fellowship with Him-
this is SCI FACT that the enslaved cannot see

I guess the obvious question to ask at this point is: Who do you think you are helping, Psykey? The readers? Yourself? WHOM?

That is trouble with BELIEVERS they don't allow TRUTH to compromise their belief. They assume that if they belirve it, it must be truth.

It is funny that some people, including the Wachowski Bros., think The Matrix is science fiction.

Since I got addicted to the stuff in 1961, before the moon landing, before plenty of people on this board were born, I think I know something about it. The annoying thing about that 3rd link is that Star Wars got included but The Abyss - Special Edition did not. George Lucas admitted Star Wars wasn't science fiction but apparently to the masses of mundanes since it has space ships and ray guns it must be sci-fi.

True sci-fi requires intelligence on the part of the creator and the audience. Some of you may have noticed in my wasted bandwidth that I mentioned finding two science fiction books containing the word SHEOL but our resident genius Christian appers not to notice that or my links about that word.

Considering the speed of the internet these days people who complain about wasted bandwidth but not the time it takes for people to read worthless posts are making incompetent attempts to appear intelligent. "I know the word banwidth I'm so smart." Why don't you compute how many microseconds my gigabytes of text took to transmit? It would make more sense to complain about the disk space on the server, it may be there for years.

From the 1989 Batman film--

Batman: I'm going to kill you!

The Joker: You IDIOT! You made me. Remember, you dropped me into that vat of chemicals. That wasn't easy to get over, and don't think that I didn't try.

Batman: I know you did.
[Punches him]

Batman: You killed my parents.

The Joker: What? What? What are you talking about?

Batman: I made you, you made me first.

The Joker: Give me a break. I was a kid when I killed your parents. When I say "I made you" you gotta say "you made me." How childish can you get? Whitelaugh

In Europe Time is read from left to right

Click and double-click to resize image

Here You see from left to right God creating Adam and Eve.

Adam is not up and alert he is asleep as he is being created.

In Michelangelo's Creation of Adam
Click and double-click to resize image

We see when we read from left to right that Adam is creating God with the help of Eve the lady Holding God up by his left arm and Adam's Children helping Hold their new made up God.

God does not need help to fly. But this God is like a puppet

You can see that God is like a new child looking at Adam's finger wile Adam is looking at his new creation in the face.

Adam is not asleep he is pointing or creating God.

God appears in a red drapery. God looks like an embryo in a womb a new born child. The green drapery is Gods umbilical cord.

Adams children are of different ages and they do not have wings because they are not angels.

Seems like the laboring on the existence of a god.. is like someone begging me to slap their bum with a paddle as hard as I can, to give them the sense of truth and reality where such doubts originate...

To be asking for assurance of the existence of your god tells me that you are unsure...

Your best approach to the matter would be to forget about your god for a day.. cut yourself off from your god for a whole day.. and at the end of that day determine if your god does actually still exist or not.. to have determined if your god does have the capability to exist without you...
But in the other hand.. how did you know that your god existed in the first place?..

Me thinks it parallels the Peter Pan philosophy, "If you believe in fairies, clap your hands".. while projecting your happy thought...

Hey, just read an article in Time magazine that says string theory is a load of hooey. It names a couple of new books coming out soon that detail major flaws in the theory (I'll try to remember to find out the book titles and link them here later).

So for everyone anti-string theory, there's some definite support for you Smile
