A while back I was playing ETM on the Chase Morpheus level as Niobe and something interesting happened. Agent Thompson did not hang out the window of the Chevrolet Caprice and shoot at me like he was supposed to. Instead, he was compleately inside the vehicle with the window up. Jackson [who is driving] kept chasing me and ramming into me...so I was a very nice person and RAMMED HIM BACK! He also would drive up halfway on the road and halfway on a wall [you can do the same, be careful not to flip]. Then he would drive around in a circle, maybe stop, and if I drove away from him than he would drive after me. It was a cool video game glitch none the less. ETM is somewhat buggy at times. I always happen to get the 'fun' bugs!

I had my VCR hooked and I recorded some video of the scene but unfortunately I accedentally recorded over the footage.
Nono I was gonna put up the video up on a website and then provide a link to it but oh well.

If anyone else has had any interesting happen in the game that was not supposed to happen in the game than tell us all about it here! Cool

The game is set up to where they are supposed to ram you while shooting. The thing that happened with me and the Agents was interesting because they were not shooting at me.

Oh and yeah, I got caked in too! It is hard to miss those pillars sometimes! 3Tooth

Some of the Agents walk through walls at times as well do other characters. They got no sense of direction! Whitelaugh

Although not necessarily a glitch, the Agents at one minute have excellent aim and the next they are shooting at walls!

In Path of Neo if you are not rolling out of the way alot, focusng, jumping, or stopping bullets, than the Agents will almost always have near perfect aim.

Heavy puke ETM sucked!

PON is good! Thumbup I reccomend!

In ETM if you go to the hacking engine and view the images of the different Agents you will find that they contain information about their eye color, height, and such. Okay, here is my point...Agent Jackson and Thompson have blue eyes while Johnson has brown eyes. When I was in Agent Escape as Niobe I killed the Agents with the GP-25 Chloro-Bromo Methane Gun and then I took out my sniper rifle. I used the scope and I looked at a dead Agent Jackson. He died with his eyes wide open and luckly Jackson wasn't flopped over at an odd angle where I could not see his eyes from behind his sunglasses. I had to zoom in a bit with the scope and thats when I noticed that he has BROWN eyes. The people who made this game made a mistake. I mean what moron says he has blue eyes but then renders him with brown eyes! Geesh!

But wait! There is more! 3Tooth In the PON on 'The Chase: I Need an Exit!' if you explore around a bit early on in the level you will find an Agent in a building! He tries to shoot at you through the window. I don't know what Agent it is. I will pay better attention next time I look. If it is Brown or Jones than I would consider this a mistake because those two are already following you and visible on the screen with Neo. Sometimes the Agent in the building just stands there and does nothing much but around 60% of the time he will shoot at you and try to do that 'run through the wall' thing like in ETM.

All in all that was the only real odd happening I saw in PON. I never experianced that glitch in 'Captains Rescue: Ballard' with the invisible wall.

PON is a good game. Hardly anything wrong with it at all! Thumbup

I liked PON! It was fun! The graphics wern't too bad either. I liked moving the camera around 360 degrees around the kick A$$ action going on. Beating the hell outta Agents is fun too.

I tried to do that but the horrible graphics ruined it for me. I did find alot of the levels fun despite the graphics. Beating up on Agents repeatedly for instance.

PON had good graphics and SHINY and the other companies put more effort into making it and it sure payed off.

The graphics are horrible. Even EtM has better graphics.

For the PS2 they look good but not for the pc. Apart from the Havok physics engine (en.wikipedia.org...) they suck big time! No shaders at all, low number of polygons, low res textures.

BTW Havok was used for some computer generated scenes of the Matrix Trilogy too.

Tsukasa

well theres your problem...

Ahhh. Even xbox 360 isn't as good as a (modern) pc.

xbox doesn't apply any antialiasing or anisotropic filters and you play at a tv screen that has a lot of flicker (most TVs work at 50hz). And the resolution is not higher than 640x480(actually even less) unless you have a HD TV.

I played the game with 8x antialiasing, 16x anisotropic(both maxed) enabled at a resolution of 1024*768 pixels(85Hz).

And anyway the game was developed for the PS2 and Shiny/Atari were so lazy that they just ported it to the PC and Xbox. So both versions share the same (PS2) quality, but at your pc you can apply filters to improve it.

But filters.. do not add graphic effects or increase the number of pollygons.. So the game continues to be (graphically) lame.
