Well to have the endorsement of practically ALL the "Zion Council of Elders"...I can only say I am humbled. But it would not be fair if I didn't mention I've watched all of you who've commented on my posts for some time. It's your insights into the Matrix that have helped me develop my own. It's your own wisdom talking back to you. Cool

As you can see, this forum is definitely NOT a place where everyone agrees on things. But it's because of this wonderful variety of opinions and viewpoints that you can truly grow and learn. I've learned more from people that have disagreed with me than from those who didn't. If all you have are people who agree with everything you say, how are you going to know if you're wrong? It's only from the dark that we can appreciate the light, and so I encourage you to post as many of your thoughts as you can, even if (and especially if) they're new ideas. That's how this forum stays alive and relevant!

Sorry there DaVinci, but Aslan (the lion) is Jesus. Even if the very thinly veiled allegory of the first book leaves you wondering on this fact, then finish reading the series. In the seventh and final book Aslan literally says "I'm Jesus."

As for Oz, let me guess, you think Dorothy is Mary Magdalene. Wink

Yes Aslan represent the Mythical Jesus In the Mythical World
Edmund Pevensie Represent the Real Jesus in the Real World

By the way Santa also Represent Jesus in the Mythical World

I thought Santa was Satan... I mean rearrange the letters and boom! And he's always wearing red; lives in extreme climates; has a bunch of magic pointed eared little helpers; encourages gluttony, envy, and pride; and battles Jesus for dominion over Christmas. Common, the comparison writes itself!

Everyone knows that Santa does not exist.
Unless you are 4 years old.

The Author put Santa in Narnia to tell us that Aslan is also a false representation of Jesus.

The catholic Church turn Jesus into a God to help pagans switch over to christianity and brought along pagan rituals to help.

We do not question that Jesus raise the dead and walk on water and that he was resurrected on the 3rd day.
We accepted we have taken the Blue pill.

Morpheus: The Matrix is everywhere... It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.
Neo: What truth?
Morpheus: That you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else you were born into bondage. Into a prison that you cannot taste or see or touch. A prison for your mind.

DaVinci, I hate to burst your bubble, but C.S. Lewis was pretty devoutly Christian.

And Lewis was also pretty devoutly against Christian controversy. Have you read his book Mere Christianity? Might open your eyes to what Lewis really thought about Jesus.

But trust me, Aslan is meant to represent Lewis' true feelings about Jesus. Lewis has said so.
