[Matrix Reloaded] Seraph (after fighting with Neo): "I had to be sure." Neo: "Of what?" Seraph: "That you are The One." Neo: "You could've just asked."

Following are five records from Arc 2 of the Pandora's Box missions.
As far as I can tell, these were not written by agents, but by Exiles. I don't know much about the Eighteen Tigers as far as their relation to the Matrix mythology, but I was able to find a little bit about the various scrolls on Wikipedia at
There are other explanations that deal with the more general aspects of these five elements, such as the following website:
However, I liked the first one because it included the warring nature of the Eighteen Tigers. Not sure where the title "Eighteen Tigers" comes from, though.

Thank you for sharing this VERY interesting topic with us. I think that the Eighteen tigers were some programs, which purpose was to fight or something like that. From older version of the Matrix, maybe. It sounds like the name of some clan from old kung-fu films.

This is all VERY interesting. **gazes at screen in anticipation** I'll be checking this site daily to see if anyone posts anything new about this and about the Angelic Agents and Pandora's Box in that other thread.
Hmmm...I thought the Agents just popped into the world masters of the matrial arts. It would seem odd that they would need to learn how to fight. Maybe they just needed someone to practice on? **shrugs** But in that case they have each other to do that lol. Or if anything they can go find some bluepill to beat the crap out of. Ha ha ha...just kidding. But seriously...I don't have to teach my calculator on what 2+2 is. I mean...C'mon! Maybe the Agents are more human that previously thought? I know for a fact they do express anger, frustration, satisfactation, fear and so on so yes they MAY need some training but all I am saying is that it is going against what was previously thought of by many.
But alot of people used to think that Agents showed no emotion before they saw the Matrix, Matrix Reloaded and played Path of Neo and ETM for the 3rd time.

Rebel:What?

Have you ever seen the movie Equilibrium? The movie takes place in the future, where there's a totalitarian society in which everyone takes the drug Equilibrium. The drug removes all emotion from you, and on top of that no art or books or anything that MIGHT provoke emotions are allowed. Those who refuse to take the drug or who smuggle books or art into the city are killed. This is all done to protect society from wars, which are usually started because of emotion. The freedom that is given up in not having emotions is the price they pay for peace.
The weird thing is that characters who are on the drug still show semblances of emotion. When I watched the bonus features, the director said that for dramatic purposes this was unavoidable. If you truly had everyone emotionless at all times, the movie wouldn't have as much drama to it. I understand that and accept it, just like I accept the whole idea of machines using humans as batteries. It's all done for a reason, and some things you just have to accept as they are. I believe the emotions shown periodically by the agents are the same thing. However, I'm sure you might admit that Agent Smith shows the MOST emotion out of all the agents. He truly is different from them, as he is the One's opposite.

I have seen Equilibrium. It is a good movie! Yes, I do agree with you on what you said about emotions in the two movies. Agent Smith actually curses in not only Revolutions but also the Path of Neo.
Here is a list of some of the things the characters say in PON. Apparently the guy that wrote all of this spent alot of time in the game and is still updating the page. He says he will organize the list later and also go back through the game [again] to ensure that the quotes are correct.

I have seen it too. Itīs mostly based on Orwellīs 1984. Has anyone of you read it? Itīs great. And V for Vendetta was also based on it ( well, the comic book was based on 1984 ). But this is not the topic for this forum. Is there anyone who has seen all of the records ? Itīs really interesting for me .
