in that scene, "INT NEO'S APTMENT" in the film we can see neo's search engine looking for something... someone - take a look at the screen on the DVD - super slow "Morphueus this ... yaddy ya - terrorists, explosion russian arabic Morphueus that" - he's lookig for him and the like.

Anyone any ideas of the sort of engine that's pruduce a report, auto-webpage loader - type of system Neo is using there? Maybe it don't exist like the flipping function on the 8110 *angry nokia customer look*.

But it wouldn't be that hard to design? Just for fun.

Yeah, I've been looking for that too. A search engine that will find an corrolate the result while you have a quick nap. Sweet.

That scene also brought other ideas to mind - but I thought I'd wait until at least the middle of October before mentioning it. You know how sensitive some nations can be.

The suggestion is that the "unplugged" are portrayed as terrorists in order to turn the population against them.

Imagine being unplugged only to find the people running the Hovercraft are fbi.gov...
