»Pandora's Box Reports«

In each of the Pandora's Box arcs, the NPCs will drop documents of sorts.
For example, the doctors drop documents relating to their experiments, one poignant one being about how they removed the eyes of a crying child, but were astonished to see that the child's crying did not cease despite having no eyes.
Another example is of the soldiers writing a report called "Re: New Prototype Agents" where one of them finds the idea of Men In Black type Agents absurd, citing that they look like they should be behind a desk.
From the guides on the MxO forum, I find that there are many other reports that may contain rather interesting information about the world and history of the Matrix.
Does anyone know of what these reports contain?

Was the experiment made in reality or in the virtual world ? And what were these experiments for ?
