Smith's Code Visualization?

In the Matrix Revolutions, we are seen two separate glimpses of Smith's code. When he is about to overwrite the Oracle, he is portrayed in normal, green Matrix code. However, when Neo sees him in the real world within Bane, Smith appears as a flaming entity (though his sunglasses are still black). What does this mean? Does he appear as flame in the real world simply because there is no Matrix code? Or does this represent his (d)evolution due to merging with a human body?

This is how the code of the matrix is viewed by 'the one' while still in the matrix.

This is how the code of the matrix is viewed by 'the one' while not within the matrix.
Take for instance the core machine city before the end fight scene between Neo and Smith. The entire city, as viewed through Neo's sight, is an orangeish yellow color, as was Bane while infected by Smith. The reason for the 'flaming' effect is probably due to the fact that he is an infection. The body naturaly fights off infection and would probably be trying to fight Smith. When fighting an infection the bodies temperature rises, partiatly due to the energy expended to combat the sickness, while the other part is to try and 'cook' the infection to death. This may be one explinatiion as the the flaming...

We are what we are regardless of who thinks it.

Thank you for your response. However, if Smith seen by Neo in the real world is yellow, the same as the Machines in the real world, then that would mean that Smith is part of the Source, which means that the Source could have deleted him at any time prior to the Superbrawl.

Smith doesn't look like the other machines, he looks like flame... I don't see any streaming code in the flame smith.

There are no anwsers, only choices.
