At the end of Revolutions, did all the blue pills Smith had taken over die?

If you play Matrix Online you'll find out that they're alive.I think the machines just erased their memory or something..

I answered that question in another thread (which th3 p4th pretty much did just now as well).

Ok, I said that I thought the blue pills survived to someone, then he said - Explain how since previously in the story any Avatar that EXPLODED meant the death of the host. "The body can't live without the mind" So if the mind (which the Avatar represents) is destoyed, you can't assert the body lives. That's a contradiction.

So how can the blue pills live?

I still think they survived though lol.
