If anybody already said this, sorry i just found this page today.
My theory:
part 1: Smith kills Mr. Anderson, thus creating Neo...
Oracle: "sorry kid, you're waiting for something, your NEXT LIFE MAYBE?"
Then Neo "destroys" Agent Smith, thus creating the "virus" Smith from Reloaded.
smith to Kid?: ....You see, he set me free.
Smith to Neo: "..something from you imprinted onto me..."
Oracle to Neo: "..he is your opposite, your negative"
Smith then begins to spread, rapidly corrupting the Matrix.
....skip a lot of details....Neo must enter the Matrix to stop Smith:.."WHY, WHY, WHY, DO YOU PERSIST?" Neo: "Because I CHOOSE TO."- he has no choice in the matter at all and he never did.
Back to part 1: Neo at his bosses desk.
Boss: "you can either CHOOSE to be here at your desk on time from now on, or you can CHOOSE to find yourself ANOTHER JOB."
I want people to actually read my post so Im trying to keep it as short as possible  -sorry if i fail.

Architect: If I am the father, she would undoubtedly be the mother.
Neo: The Oracle?
Architect:Please!----meaning that she is no "oracle" but it is still HER he is talking about.
Neo: "The One was never meant to end anything." does he? really? I don't think so... but that's just me.
One more thing..There ARE millions, this is ONE, I'm saving some for later posts.
Did anyone else notice on the first movie when Neo sticks his fingers in the mirrior and starts to get smothered by the reflective liquid that someone (i think it's trinity) says "He's going into replication!" REPLICATION, kind of like when Smith COPYS(replicates) HIMSELF!
