You're not aware of it because it doesn't exist. There is no lawsuit. It's just an urban legend.

An urban legend? What do you mean?

She wrote a book "The Third Eye" and she sued the W.brothers, co-creators of The Matrix, didn't she?

Please, could anyone tell me more about it?... Is it right or wrong?

Nope. There's just a lot of people that say she did. You can check out a website featuring the suppossed book and the viewpoints of Ms. Stewart at-

Bonjour, comment allez vous.
je vais tres bien.

Some people are racist
and dont like the fact that their Gods
the wachowskis could have stole the idea
so will fight with their lifes to defend them(whachos).

I have corresponded with Sophia and it is true
about the case. Unfortunatly she lost the case.

Why "unfortunately" ? She hasnt provided any evidence (thats actually why it was dismissed), yet you seem convinced she is right ?

I say unfortunatly not because I believe what she claims to be true. But because I wanted to see if she had won the case, would it perhaps now, have got more coverage in the press.
It is after all, for our matrix splintered minds, the case of the
century. The truth is no matter what the outcome of the case, even if she had won, we would never know the truth. That lies between the trinity of claimed writers.

the case was dismissed without predudice (meaning technically she can refile) because she and her lawyers failed to show up on the court date that the hearing was set at. Sounds like a woman with something to prove... yea... lol. I suppose she had more important things to do... like chat on internet boards and spread rumors.

You mean that the non-existent urban legend didn't show up at her non-existent hearing? LOL! That's the Matrix for you Wink Whitelaugh

well i'm pretty sure the hearing did exist as it can be looked up in the california court data stuff, and sohpia does at least exist on paper, but it is certain that she did not show up lol.

i actually was looking at something about 6 months ago... I think it was from through slashdot.com that I found the info, but it was normal court data type of stuff that you can trust as reliable data. I forget what service out there searches that stuff, but you have to pay a small fee to use it. Memory is faling me, anyways, I have midterms so now is not the time, but I am fairly confident that the actual court date and the case dismissal can be confirmed on ligitimate government sites.

You mean this site?- daghettotymz.com...

I've been shown several "court documents" for this case. All of them differ on whether or not they spell the name Sofia or Sophia. All have different dates, a different look and feel.

There's something like a dozen different email addresses claiming to be Sophia's. But there isn't even one film interview with her. The judge on the case, no one's ever gone and gotten an interview with him. The lawyers, nadda.

If they can make a shoddy 911 conspiracy flick, couldn't some of these teens sitting around their Macs spoutting Sophia Stewart conspiracy get up and take a camera down to the court house or her lawyer's office?

It's a myth. Plane and simple.
