»Animatrix 2 - script«

Well here it is the complete script for ghost. i hop you enjoy it, like i have enjoyed writing it.

GHOST

Opening Scene:
Matrix code falls down the screen to reveal the title Ghost.

Scene One:
The screen fades black to reveal the weathered red front door (hold for 5 seconds), then it quickly flashes to the close-up of a pair of male Asian eye’s quickly opening (hold for 5 seconds)

The Screen then flashes white and then fades to the picture to reveal a lighting bolt. The Rain is falling hard from the black and grey clouds that are rolling over the night sky. And the wind howls violently around the house were the hostage is being held up in.

Scene Two:
The Screen flashes white and then fades to the picture to reveal the torch beam which is mounted onto the underneath of the swat officers mp5. who is running to join the rest of his swat officers for the briefing.

Swat Officer 1:
Your late Wong!

Wong (who is Ghost)
Sorry Sir, wont happen again.

Swat Officer 1:
Are you alright?

Wong:
Yeh I'm okay, I just haven’t been sleeping well that’s all, weird dreams.

Swat Officer 1:
Okay, we have one female being held in the house by her husband. He is armed and extremely dangerous, and he is ready to kill her and anyone that comes through that front door.

So this is how we are going to do this, Wong you and your team will go in the front, and the rest of you will go in from the back.

Okay guys lets do this, in and out. I don’t want any of you get‘n dead on me okay.

Wong:
Okay team lets move into position.

As the other swat team hurried into position, Wong and his team slowly crept into position just out side the front door of the house. Wong pauses.

camera zooms into Wong’s Iris

Flashback:
Wong sees the weathered red front door of the house.

Flashback ends with the camera in a close-up position focusing on Wong’s face

Wong:
I’ve been here before, I've seen this.

Scene Three:
The Screen flashes white and then fades to the picture to reveal the fading smoke of the flash bang grenade, then we see Wong and his team storm through the door.

Wong:
Police! Get down...Get down NOW!

the gun man who was a tall muscle ripped man, covered in tattoo’s pushes the female hostage aside and raises his 9mm glock gun.

Gun man:
Die Pig!

Then the gunmen pulls the trigger of the glock. The bullet roars out of the 9mm in a fiery exit. and heads straight for Wong. but when the bullet get half between the gun man and Wong, Wong start’s to see the bullet slow down (bullet time) and he doges it. Wong hits the floor with a thud. lifting up his mp5 Wong pulls the trigger spraying the gun man in a shower of bullets.

The bullets hit the gun man with pin point precision, the gun man stepping back with each hit of the bullets, blood spurting out of each wound and then falls to the ground.

Wong’s Swat Team Mate:
Wong are you alright buddy?

Wong:
Yeh I'm alright!

Wong’s Swat Team Mate:
What the hell just happened?

Wong:
I don’t know (loudly), I don’t know (softly)

Scene Four:
The Screen flashes white and then fades to the picture to reveal the flashes of the white, red and blue lights of the ambulance.

Swat Officer 1:
Close call tonight Wong.

Wong:
Yeh I know, to close.

Wong:
I’m...

Swat Officer 1:
I know, go on off you go.

Wong still dressed in swat gear makes his way towards one of the unmanned patrol and got in. Wong opens the door and seats himself in the drivers side. He just sits there with his eyes shut, going over the events that had just happen.

Flashback:
but when the bullet get half between the gun man and Wong, Wong start’s to see the bullet slow down (bullet time) and he doges it.

Flashback ends:

Wong:
What happened? how did I dodge that bullet?

Ring, Ring

Wong pulls out his phone out of his top pocket and looks at the screen.

Wong:
With-held! Who the hell could this be?

Flicking up the top part of the phone he put it up to his ear.

Wong:
Hello (he says in a shaky voice)

Mystery Voice:
Hello Wong, quite a night.

Wong:
Yeh, you could say that.

Mystery Voice:
Would you like to know how you did it?

Wong:
Did what?

Mystery Voice:
Dodge that bullet

Wong:
How do...

Mystery Voice:
I will explain everything, now do you want to meet?

Wong:
Yes... Yes I do.

Cut to abounded hotel room:
We see Morpheus and Wong sitting on the leather chairs and Morpheus offering Wong either the red or blue pill.

Cut to power plant/pod:
Wong wakes up to see that he is surrounded by red liquid, and pipes coming out of his arms, chest, and legs.

Wong breaking through the pod seal.

Wong head plug is released, the pipes in his arms, legs and chest blow out. The red liquid and Wong are flushed out through the hatch which is attaching his pod to the power plant.

camera zooms into the hatch, and ending with a black screen.

hmm tis good, but wasnt ghost and trinity jacked out at the same time?

yes, yes they were.

well I'm new here... didnt find the "welcome" area... but I like to write so this section appealed to me.
Anyways.

I think the concept is nice, but I'd like to think maybe he knew some martial arts before he "awakened" ... maybe choose a different situation to demonstrate this... dodging a bullet is very matrixy but adding some variation might help "spice things up"

as far as dialouge goes... if animated this would rely heavily on the visuals... I think you could have developed his personality more through the dialouge.

Yea, ummm, i think that morpheus unplugged trinity and niobe unplugged ghost if they were unplugged at the same time...

while yes it is very matrixy i wanted it to be like that. going of f of what i had seen in the the likes of beyond, and world record.

i am a big fan of japanimation, and i have been watching it since i was yah high, so i have had a lot if influence in that respect. so if i got this to be animated i would like to have i dont like the japanimational style that i have seen grown up.

also japanimation is vwery full on, it is visual inspiring. and heavy on the visual side of things.

and as we know from the movies ghost's personality is quite and keeps to himself. so really he shows no emotion. so that is the way i wanted to keep through the short story.

i liked your short story neo1 and the people who made the animatrix should make another animatrix that would be great to watch
