In M1 Cypher says that after 6 years he doesnt care if its real (referring to the steak).

I think that maybe in that line the whole trilogy is explained, maybe finally it doesnt matter if its real, its just a movie, what do you think?

Cypher is sick of the war, he now knows the truth, but would rather live his life in a lie, that is why he did what he did.

Ok i notticed something in a picture from the upcoming movie V for Vendetta: The main character "V" is standing like on a tunnel, like the cover of Matrix Reloaded, and its exaclty the same tunnel, and position of the picture, do you think it is connected somehow to the Matrix trilogy?

www.imdb.com wrote:

Set against the futuristic landscape of totalitarian Britain, V For Vendetta tells the story of a mild-mannered young woman named Evey (Natalie Portman) who is rescued from a life-and-death situation by a masked vigilante known only as "V." Incomparably charismatic and ferociously skilled in the art of combat and deception, V ignites a revolution when he detonates two London landmarks and takes over the government-controlled airwaves, urging his fellow citizens to rise up against tyranny and oppression. As Evey uncovers the truth about V's mysterious background, she also discovers the truth about herself - and emerges as his unlikely ally in the culmination of his plot to bring freedom and justice back to a society fraught with cruelty and corruption.

i think that this does follow in the footsteps of the matrix in the whole consept of thing. but i dont think that it follows on from the trilogy in any way.

The movie is made by the wachowsky bros. and the main character("v") is Smith actor (Hugo Weaving). So, apart from the idea of the movie, yes it has some kind of conection to the matrix movies.
