I think the Other Potentials with Oracle doing extraordinary are Exiles.Sati too an exile doing similar thing at the end making a Sunrise for Neo.Architect might have got rid of them in the Reload.So they have not appeared in the M2 and M3.I Guess Seraph might be an Exile too like them before.

While sati is an exile, she is an exile for a different reason.

as for the other potentials they are there for Neo's sake, for instance the kid that bends the spoons, he was there at the exact time as Neo to teach him somthing.

I did guessed that from the comic

I've always had issue with this because in the comics the kid with the spoon appears to be a program. But in Reloaded the the Kid says that one of the orphans wanted him to give the spoon to Neo, which then seems to confirm that the kid with the spoon is a real child living in Zion.

ok so if yuo do believe that the 'spoon kid' was actually a child lovign in Zion do you think Neo would have fiugured that out? i mean c'mon!

Confirms much of nothing. The Oracle can be contacted by Zion when she is in the Matrix[ cause she is a program] and she can give messages to people outside the Matrix so why can't the 'Exile' spoonboy say "Hey Kid! Go give Neo a spoon. Tell him it's from me and that he would understand! Swear you [Kid] will give it to him before he leaves. HURRY! "

Since the Oracle can be contacted outside of the matrix then that muts mean that she is in-fact human and not a program! The having said that this means that the Oracle does in fact have telepathic abillities! And that also means that there is a way to be in the "real" world and the Matrix at the same time.

They never say that the Orphan is a program. He has got powers, just like Neo, but never do they say he's a program.
