The story starts from the end of matrix revolutions.At the end of movie we know that the machine has the body of Neo and it moves.
We will move to the script now

Scene at the zion

crew member : Sir something is heading towards zion.Its coming through the main entrance,it looks like a ship sir.
commander Lock : A ship,look for any sign of sentinels
crew member : No sign of sentinels sir,it's alone heading towards main entrance,looks like a ship from machine city.
commander lock : try to make a contact
crew member tries to contact the ship
crew member : no sign of casualities sir.It's empty.
commander Lock : damn it,it might be trick,deploy army and tanks to the main entrance and alerts everyone
Army and tanks will be ready at the main entrance and they were waitng for the orders and for the ship morpheous comes in to the scene
morpheous : what's going on
commander explains him
morpheous : a ship from machine city,alone trying to come through main entrance
morpheous thinks for a while
morpheous : no machine tried to enter through the main entrance so far, cos they can't get make way through main entrance due to the tight security and it's higly impossible to break the entrance.Neo,it must be neo in the ship and i sense no harm in opening the main entrance,the ship is alone too.please open the gate.
commander lock argues with morpheous and finally morpheous convices him by reminding him the scene as how they got to zion(scene from matrix revolutions,ship with morpheous,niobe,link and others chased by sentinels finally makes it's way to the zion) .
commander lock finally gives order to open the gate.
The ship with neo's body slowly enters the zion and lands.

Scene at the main entrance

Morpheous,commander Lock,Niobe,Link comes in to the scene
The soldiers checks the ship and they sense no danger.
Morpheous along with others comes to check the ship,and they finds the body of neo and no sign of triniry
Morpheous : it's Neo,what the hell happenes to his eyes,Link check Neo
Link : he is no more sir
Niobe looks at neo and cries
Sadness and sorrow in everyone's faces
Morpheous : he sacrificed his life for us
Morpheous thinks for a while
Morpheous : commander Lock I need the gate to be closed immediately.
commander Lock orders to close the gate
Morpheous : commander Lock I need this ship's power to be shutdown immediately.
Lock orders and a soldier comes and he shuts down the power of the ship.
Morpheous : Link I need a medical assistant and take Neo's body to the lab quickly
Everone departs from the place and commander Lock employs some of the soldiers to guard the ship


Scene at the lab

Link puts the body of neo on to table
Morpheous : Link check neo's brain whether it's damaged or not
Link : it's fine sir
Morpheous : what about the memory
Link : it's there sir everything in the brain
Morpheous : I want to know what has happened to him
Link plugs in to Neo's brain and reads the memory of Neo from his brain
Morpheous starts watching what he did before he is dead
Morpheous : Trinity is dead too,they fought for us .we have to bring them back to life in any regard.Link backup Neo's entire memory
Link takes the backup of entire memory of Neo
Morpheous : Link,call for the council meeting immediately


Scene at the meeting

Councilllor : we heard the incident and we are very sad .He sacrificed his life to save
zion and humans
Morpheous : yes sir he fought for us we have bring him back to life in any regards
Councillor : what do you mean
Morpheous : I have contacted the Oracle.She said that the game is not over yet.The Architect
is planning to redesign the matrix with old one's and new one's and i am afraid she might
be not with us to help and guide.If thats what going to happen zion cannot be saved sir.
So we need Neo to help us.We have bring him back to life
Councillor : How can you bring him back to life
Morpheous : through cloning sir
Silence for a while in the hall
Morpheous : we have took the sample of Neo's D.N.A from his blood and we are going to bring him back in this way
Council member : it might take some years to get him back to the present age
Morpheous : we have an alternative way of breeding in that way the body grows rapidly
and reaches the current stage (present Neo) and it stabilizes after that
Councillor : we can able to reconstruct his body and what about the brain and his memory
Morpheous : we have got backup of his entire memory sir,in this way we can bring Neo back to normal life perfectly.
The councillor discusses with the members
Councillor : ok Morpheous we agree with you to bring him back
Morpheous : I need a ship
Councillor : ship for what
Morpheous : To go to the machine city
Councillor : machine city,for what
Morpheous : for trinity sir
Councilllor : Is she alive there
Morpheous : No sir she's dead too,it's for Neo he can't live without Trinity and we are
going to machine city to get her body.we have to reach there quickly before her brain gets
damaged.And we are going to bring her back to life in the same way.
Councillor : Do you think you can make your way to the machine city
Morpheous : Yes sir,the machines started to trust us i have come to know this from Neo's memory
Council member : it's dangerous and how do you think you could go there
Morpheous : The ship from the machine city is still here sir we have shutdown it.As soon as we will restart the ship it will go back to the machine city and for safety we will follow it
Councillor : And the question is who will captain your ship,you don't know to operate it
Morpheous : I need someone to help me sir
Councillor : Does anyone here help Morpheous to operate the ship to go to machine city
Silence for a while no one comes forward
And a voice raises "I will help Morpheous"
Morpheous : Niobe
Niobe : Yes council I can help Morpheous to drive to machine city
Councillor : Are you sure it's dangerous
Nobe : yes sir i'm ready to help Morpheous
The Councillor discusses with other members for a while
Councillor : We trust you Morpheous and you have proved it once,it's our honor to bring Neo
back to life,the people and zion and everyone here will help you.And we hope you will suceed.
Morpheous : Thank you council
Councillor : the meeting is adjourned
Everyone departs from there
Morpheous : Niobe thank you very much
Niobe : I'm sure we will suceed in our mission
Morpheous : Link I need your help,You to come us to the machine city
Link : sure sir
And they will get on to the ship and they will restart the ship from the machine city which
brought Neo's body and they will open the gate.And ship from machine city starts going back
Morpheous and Niobe along with Link in another ship follows the machine ship and they will reach the machine city

Scene at machine city

Niobe : that's it we are here,in the machine city
Morpheous : It's calm no sign of harming us
The ship with Morpheous slowly lands.Morpheous And Niobe along with Link slowly walks towards Deus Ex
Deus ex slowy comes up(as in the Scene from Revolutions)
Deus ex : who are you
Morpheous : we are from the Zion
Deus ex : what do you want
Morpheous : we have come to take the body of Trinity,we thank you for helping Neo to accomplish his mission and to with draw your troops from the zion
Deus ex allows them to take Trinity's body and shows him the way.They will walk to the
wrecked ship and they will find Trinity's body they will feel bad for the incident
Morpheous : Link quick we have to take Trinity's body to the ship
They will carry the body to the ship
Morpheous : Link Jack in check whether brain is damaged or not
Link jacks in and checks Trinity's brain condition
Link : it's not damaged sir,we have not lost anything
Morpheous : Quickly take the backup
Link will be busy in the process and they will make their way to the Zion
Finally they will get back to Zion and there they will get the D.N.A of trinity and will start reconstructing process of Neo and Trinity and a Scientist helps all in the process
Morpheous : Doctor how many days will it take to grow their bodies to the present position(like Neo and Trinity when they were Dead)
Doctor : it will take a month
And they will keep on working and monitoring their health conditions.Finally the day has comewhere the bodies have grown to the present situation
Morpheous : Doctor whats their condition
Doctor : we have scanned their Brain but it's empty no sign of matter,they can' even know how to walk
Morpheous calls Link and everyone
Morpheous : Link ime has come we have to bring his memory back
Link makes the arrangements and they will bring Neo's body in a wheel chair.Neo looks like(scene from matrix1 where Morpheous bring him to zion from matrix with shaved head)


Scene Reincarnation

Characters in the scene(Morpheous,Niobe,Link,Neo,Doctors,Crewmembers)
Link will jack in to Neo's head and there will be no response
Morpheous : Link are you ready
Link : everything is ready sir
Morpheous : proceed
They will start transferring Neo's memory from the harddisk to his brain.Here a quick review from matrix1 to matrix3.
Anxiety in every ones faces
Morpheous : what's positon
Link : It's almost done sir
Camera focus on to Neo.His body gets a small jerk(meaning he got his total memory back)
Link : It's done sir,his memory is back completely
Morpheous : his mind thinks he is still in matrix,Link prepare for the training program
Link : yes sir it's ready
Morpheous : run the program
Link : It's running sir
Anxiety in everyone's faces

Scene Neo getting back to his body(Zion)

An empty room with white walls,a telephone hanging to one of the wall.Phone starts ringing
The camera slowly moves.Some lyin down on the floor It's Blurry.Slowly it gets cleared
It's neo (looks like Mobil avs scene)Lying on the floor.He is barely awake he starts to hear the ringing of phone slowly
Anxiety in everyone's faces
Link : comeon Neo wakeup,lift the phone,comeon
Niobe : comeon Neo we need You
Morpheous :comeon Neo wakeup
Into the scene
Neo slowly opens his eyes(like in the Mobil ave scene) slowly gets up
Happiness in everyone's faces
Neo gets up looks around he soon finds he is in a room and he starts to hear the phone ringing
He gets up and slowly reaches the telephone.He lifts the telephone
Neo : Hello
Link : that's it sir he is back,Neo is back
Everyone around jumps with joy and huge others
Happiness and joy in Morpheous face
Link slowly removes jack to the Neo again Anxiety in everyone's faces
Slowly Neo opens his eyes he lloks Morpheous in front of him.
He slowly recognises Morpheous
Neo : Morpheous
Morpheous : Neo
Neo : where am I
Morpheous : You are back Neo
Neo slowly moves his Body and trie to stand on his feet Link and others help Neo to get on to his feet
Happiness in everyone's faces and finally Neo stands
Morpheous : how are you feeling Neo
Neo : it's a bit drowsy and headache too
Morpheous : Ok Neo you need some rest now.We will talk later.Link take Neo to his room and Doctor keep Neo in observation.
Link takes Neo to thr room and everyone departs
Niobe : You have done it Morpheous.you have brought Neo back.
Morpheous : Not "you" Niobe.It's we(meaning everyone got Neo Back to home)


I think I have written too much it might be boring.If anyone's interested in the story.Let me know.Please post your comments and i will continue with the script

I also liked it. So what's next? Trinity's memory being loaded into the new body?

Neo dreams, and in that he sees how trinity got killed in machine city.He suddenly gets off from the dream.
Neo : Trinity
Then Morpheous comes to his room
Neo : It's Trinity in my dream.I lost her
Morpheous : I know Neo, you can't live without her.So does she.
Trinity gets into the room.Neo gets surpised.They hug each other.
Morpheous explains how they brought them back to life.
Morpheous : Neo we have to meet Oracle.Before that you have to sharpen your skills.
Morpheous arranges a training program and Link jacks Neo
Neo gets into the training program.He has to face two men here.And a fighting sequence comes here.In this Neo gets kicked first,then he regains his strength.
Link : This is unbelievable he is quicker than before(Neo moves like JetLi from the movie"The One")
Morpheous : He is all new Neo.
Neo successfully completes his training program.
They will get on to matrix later.They will be travelling in car.
Neo : It looks calm and peaceful
Morpheous : I'm afraid how long this peace is going to carryon.
Suddenly the car stops and when they look out they will Agents standing infront of their car.
The Agents somehow comes to know about Neo and they have come to take revenge for Agent smith's death.Neo and Morpheous gets out of car and Agents start shooting Neo
with guns.And asusual Neo stops the bullets with his hand.Agents soon will come to know that they can do nothing with the guns and they start fighting.Both Neo and Morpheous gets engaged with one Agent.Both the Agents gets kicked.
The Agents atlast merges into single one.As we know they can move quickly so their plan is if they were going to combine their powers they could get Neo easily.
Neo : Morpheous stay away I can handle this
Morpheous stays away.
Agent looks quick but he is not as quick as Neo(Neo is quicker than quickest)
Finally Neo kicks him and he gets on to them and breaks their code combinely(As from the Scene in Matrix1 Neo gets on to Agent smith And breaks his code).
They will finally reach Oracle's apartment.They will move towards Oracle's room.Morpheous stays behind and Neo alone reaches Oracle's room.Asusual Seraph will be outside of the room guarding.
Seraph : Neo
Neo : Yes it's me
Seraph : I don't believe this.How could this be possible
Seraph doesn't believe in Neo,he knows appearances would be deceiving and he starts attacking Neo to know whether he is actual Neo or not.
A short fight sequece here.Neo's intention is not to hurt Seraph and he starts defending him.Finally Morpheous comes in and Seraph gets confirmed that his Neo.
They will move to Oracle's room.Morpheous stays out and Neo moves in.There Neo finds Oracle and Sati busy doing something.As soon as Sati sees Neo she runs to him
and hugs him.Oracle asks sati to get some cookies for Neo and Sati goes away to get them.
Oracle : Neo,I believed that you will be back Someday(conversation between Seraph and
Oracle at the end of revolutions)
Neo : Morpheous brought me back.
Oracle : Do you Remember what I said when we met for the last time Neo.
Neo : "Everything that has a begining has an End".
Oracle : Yes,but you proved "Everthing that has an End has a new beginging" ,Neo.
Neo : Morpheous said that matrix is going tobe redesigned by the Architect and your not going to stay with us.
Oracle : yes,the matrix is going to be redesigned with new and old ones.
Neo : we need you Oracle.You have to guide us.
Oracle : As I said Everything that has a begining has an End Neo,it's my end.The Architect gave me a choice to stay.But I have become old.I dunno how long i'm going to stay so I made a deal with the Architect instead of me Sati and Seraph
is going to stay in the matrix.
Neo : Can you tell me who are going to stay and who are not
Oracle : The Architect is not going to touch merv kingdom.And primary programs are not going to be redesigned.The programs which are out of Matrix unfortunately will be back and they will be more aggressive.
Neo : you mean Agent Smith
Oracle : yes.During this process merv also gets his defenders back
Neo : Twins
Oracle : Yes.You are perfectly human now Neo,there is no rival (negative like Agent Smith)for you now.You are always a part of matrix Neo.If you are unfortunately in matrix and once
it starts getting a new design you will be assigned a opposite.So inorder to get rid of getting a rival you have to stay away from matrix when it starts redesigning.
Neo : Then who's going to act As positive to Agent Smith
Oracle : Time will tell you Neo. I'm worried about Sati
Neo : Is Seraph not going to stay with her.
Oracle : Yes but the New one's are going to be very aggressive.I'm worried whether he can defend them to protect Sati or not.You all should protect Sati Neo.Time will decide her purpose.
Neo : When is the Matrix going to get it's new design.
Oracle : Tonight.Before that you have to do me favour
Neo : what
Oracle : You have to take Sati to her parents.She might not be able to see her parents for the rest of her Life.
Neo : Why
Oracle : They are going to be deleted.They have done much than what the are suppose to do.Gave birth to an exile Sati breaking their rules and also their time has come and that could also be a reason.
Neo : But how to take her to their parents
Oracle : You know how
Neo : Trainstation.
Oracle : Yes .
Sati comes with cookies and tells Neo that she has prepared them.Morpheous gets back to Zion.Neo takes Sati to the trainstation.
But he will observe the train starts moving and heading towards them.As we know that Neo could stop bullets but this time he does stops the moving train.The train slowly stops and the trainman gets out from the train.
Trainman : what's the hell going on here.
The Trainman sees Neo and recognizes Neo
Trainman : You again.Get away from my way or else you will get kicked.You know this is my territory.You know it already.
This time Neo hits the wall.And the wall breaks.Neo shows that he is aggressive and the trainman frightens by this incident
Neo : Don't force me to hurt you.
The trainman gets terrified and allows them to board the train.And they will reach Mobil Ave where they first met and there Ramakandra and kamala will be waiting for Sati.Sati gets off from the train and runs to her parents and hugs them.Neo orders Trainman not to leave.
Ramakandra : I'm glad to meet you again,and I thought we will not meet you again.
Neo : me too.Oracle told me about you.
Ramakandra : As I said you before it's our karma.We have done something what we are not suppose to do.We are going to be replaced.
Neo : Yes Oracle told me.
Ramakandra : I'm afraid about my daughter.She is still a kid and I dunno how's she is going to survive in Matrix alone.
Neo : Seraph is going to protect Sati.And we are all there to look Sati.
Kamala takes Locket from his neck and puts it on to Sati's neck.Locket containing pics of their family.Finally Ramakandra
and Kamala gives sendoff to them and they will board the train and will return back to Matrix.Neo goes back to Oracle to leave Sati.
Oracle : That's it Neo.You are done.I'm going to miss you all.
Neo : we too are going to miss you much Oracle.
They will shake their hands.
Neo get's back to Zion.
At the Zion
Every one will be staring at the computers
Morpheous : The time has come.The Architect started redesigning the
Matrix.
Scene in the Matrix
It's night in the Matrix.Oracle and seraph will be standing in the room.
Sati frigtens and hugs Oracle
Oracle : The time has come.
The lights in their room turns off.The lights in the city gets turned off one by one
That's the end of Matrix4
Asusual there is a song at the end of movie and goes in very special Indian style.This is a shloka from BhagavadGita which has Philosophical meaning and the song goeslike this

This is not a short story.I have tried to explain in two parts.It will be a full length movie when pictured.I have just thought how the story of Matrix4 would be.Anyways thank you very much for posting your comments.That's encouraging.

Firstly, you say you have read it, but did you understand it. If you re-read it and you still dont understand it then watch the Matrix trilogy and then read it again. I does make scence.

And i am also not here to argue with you, or even harshly critisize your work, i did read, and there are things that dont make scence. Like how does zion have the technology to clone a human, and even take a cerebal thought download.

Things like this you have to think of curefully, when even beging to write somthing like a script/story for the forth matrix. Because you have to know what happen in the previous three and work form them. That is what myself, deeinthamatrix, and even mobil_ave have done.

I have not blindly written the story.This is based on all the three movies.There are many sensitive things in the movie which doesn't grab common viewers attention but still they are important part of these movies.

This is funny and Insane too.Let me clarify it.In M1 Neo was a program actually.After taking redpill he has become human and if you carefully observe Neo got same face and body that he has in Matrix.They have cloned him from the Matrix.Don't they have technology to clone human.Yes they has the technology to clone human.

In M1 they were able run training programs jacking Humans to the systems with out entering into the Matrix.They are simulations and they were able to manipulate brains using this.Can't they take backup of human brain.They surely can.
