We're going to do an interview with her in the next few days because people are asking still, what of all of this because nobody can seem to get their facts straight.

Although she makes all of her information available to the public including phone number and all, we still get questions. I'll have them answered.. As many as I can get her to do.

And no, the case isn't over, yes it was dimissed because her former laywers misfiled her work, but it did not discredit her won motions or facts and evidence of access that never got placed in the judges hands because she is a Warner Stock Holder....

So with that in mind, ask away...

well I assume she is planning on refiling sometime, my only real question is where can we read her script which was supposedly the basis of this whole case, as the few pages that are available are not very convincing to her argument. I can't decide for myself untill this happens, and I have to assume the W's are innocent untill such information becomes available.

Oh... and I also am curious if she thinks the W's are racist, and this is a racist conspiracy. I actually feel that I am personally a progressive and support affirmative action and civil rights and I am at least willing to discuss reperations. Having said all of this, the W's seem to be nothing if not muti-culturual, and multi-ethnic, and also seem not to be limited by sexual preference either. Look at the casting in the matrix, and the friendship with Cornell West and Ken Wilber.

I'd ask her to show to us proof for these claims:

Sophia: "I do not need to prove to the court how the brothers got my work . . . I have to prove to the judge that they had access to the work . . . and how do I prove that? I have a letter proving direct access and a statement from the brothers mouth . . . saying they never wrote Matrix film one"

Sophia: “especially when the FBI have already investigated the case and found evidence!”

That is amazingg proof of nothing.
The facts she needs to prove are incredible given the similarities to documenrted texts written by dozens of philosophers throughout time. Will she say that she stole these ideas from them and because she stole them first?
Or will she say that she created the characters outside of the influence of said philosophers, and therefore deserves money because she created the characters who played a small part in the overall appeal of the film compared to the philosophical aspects of the film?. Does Plato or Nietzsche get to file a lawsuit? I mean really, they have a better case, despite the fact that they are dead. What I have read of her story contains none of the depth of the matrix. And bears cosmetic resemblance only. As a matter of fact, being an african american myself I see that her story comes from a very different place. Her motivation and message were very different and can only be found similar in the context of interpretation. The variance of interpretations presented just on this forum give her very little to stand on. She would have gotten alot more press if she was going to win this case and she is not. And if the press is somehow being controlled to suppress this information, then that is even more evidence that she will only be ridiculed and dismissed by this whole episode.
It is funny to me that such a profound message is not left as said if it was stolen. It has to be paid for.
So profound....

the case has to start over from the very beginning:

sophiaoracle.com...

"Sophia Stewart the African American woman who alleged to have written AOL/TIME WARNER’s MATRIX and FOX’s Teriminator Judge must immediately remove herself from the case and the case must be restarted from the beginning because of a serious conflict of interest – the The Federal Judge Margret Morrow’s former law firm in which she was an equity partner in also represented AMERICAN ONLINE, the owner of Warner Bros.’s MATRIX.

BOOKSandWORDS.com discovered, as a highly respected senior partner in the Los Angeles former law firm Quinn, Kully and Morrow, then attorney Morrow and company had a professional and operational link with the Washington-based legal group Arnold & Porter. The two firms merged practices in 1996 for expanded representation of Fortune 500 companies (such as AOL - America Online), start-up IT businesses and non-profit organizations on technology and intellectual property cases among its other practices.

AOL, the Internet unit of Time Warner, was a major client in the legal portfolio of judge Morrow's former employer. Time Warner, the owner of Warner Brothers film company, is now a defendant challenging plaintiff Sophia Stewart's multibillion-dollar copyright infringement lawsuit. A potential conflict of interest may be relevant to judge Morrow's ability, or inability, to preside objectively and fairly over Stewart’s case due to a possible past involvement with Warner Brothers’ parent company Time Warner. Stewart says, after six years, she isn’t surprised by any legal revelations."

(remove herself from the case? but the case is over...either way...wow...just...wow)

as far as the script goes...its available, you just have to pay $100 (plus shipping) for it...well actually, its not available yet...they are taking preorders and have been for quite some time now...

daghettotymz.com...

or here

sophiaoracle.com...

im not sure if the book is the original 35 page screen treatment that was sent in as a comic book idea, but that is what is (err...will be someday be...maybe) available

it's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice

she has not made everything public...where is the script?

oh wait, forgot...it is available to the public (by preorder), you just have to give her $100 for it.

wait, on second thought, thats still not the script, that is the book the third eye...where is the original 35 page (according to some, the number of pages varies) script that was sent in response to "an add asking for comic book ideas" not the book that could have been writen and revised well after

i thought the case was closed because stewart herself admitted to there being no resemblance at all between the matrix and her work...among many MANY other things:

courthousenews.com...

(its very long but well worth the read, it just might even make you laugh)

but, you know, since the judge once represented AOL when she was a lawyer, and has stock in warner bros (proof?), i bet there is some type of conspiracy going on...

The Judge shot her case full of holes. I thought she at least believed she was robbed. Looks like she is just another wannabe crook.

hehe

The Wachowski's, fresh out of high school, advertising for science fiction material in fictional magazine.

Bizzarre.

Well at least she was famous enough to get that cool picture with Janet Jackson.
Damn she looks good! (Janet I mean)

Sorry, Sophia Zenarik Sonya Stewart Mother of the Matrix....
