»Perception«

Perception seems to be an integral concept of the whole matrix as a means to the differences of opinion and beliefs.

I mean, people generally believe what they are told, generally, I stress...

We as viewers percieve the matrix in many different ways, as many of the thread and topics on this board very well show, some like to liken the matrix to religion some to modern reality, a lot to chaos theories, you know a general Mish Mash of perception..

I am not sure wether any producers or "Guys in the know" have stated that the Matrix has layers or MWAM, but still it all seems to stem from perception.

I dunno, I don't really subscribe to one particular theory as to why, what and how, I just watch the movie and enjoy reading the butterfly effect it creates....

I suppose if someone twisted my nuts in a vice and asked for my theory, I would say that it is the next part of human evolution, to live as machines in a dying or uninhabital world, learning from species co-existance through generations of learning and philosophy, if you catch my drift....

I mean, if our world was dying what better way to carry on civlization than to evolve in the cheapest way possible, to imprint ourselves in silicon and live out our lives in seemingly harmonial and almost parasitic artificial life.

I blame the Animatrix for many twisted notions.. It's as if a cloud of smoke has been cast, purposefully<?>, to cloud out any logical or mainstream perceptions as to what this movie is really trying to tell us...

Just a question though, My mate is a big time matrixologist, he goes to rallies and such stuff like that, he believes as many of you do, no doubt that we live in the matrix and he always throws the fact that the original matrix movie was on purpose delayed for 7 or so months by the powers that be.... I dunno, ain't spoke to him in years, but is there any truth in this?

Also, by the way, if anyone wishes to disassemble my post, rip it up and start saying I am "talking shit" or "Spouting rabble without any facts", then please do so, but do not say that I am trying to force an "answer" down your grids, as many people on here seem to do...

I don't know how many months it was delayed but it does appear that the first film coming out during Easter was not an accident.
