The Matrix is real, the real matrix is just not like the movies, I have come to tell everyone in this forum is looking in the right place to find a way out, as u call it Trin, Trin i am not what u would call normal. I was let out and now I ma searching people that also want out.

You have to understand... the power of the one came from the source. The one was a product of the machines.

God can't be our savior. if anything he need's our help just as much as we need him. If this world is any product of God, it's gone horribley wrong. If anything it's his fault we all(including him) are in this predicament... He would be the one responsible for choice. he would be responsible for whatever may be binding us from being one. He created us in his image, right? Well take a look at the world's ruler's and gaze upon God's image. We have to save ourselves, as well as God. If there is such a thing.

Well this is my first post. And I found this thread to be the most interesting one. I reer back to the first page, to the creater of the thread Triin. I too belive that this world is some sort of "cover" for another world. Mabey its because Iam 17 and Iam already sick of it. W/e the reason may be I want out also. I want the "red pill" as you could say. What if we were living in the matrix. Like the one in the movie. Is it really that crazy of an idea? And to get to that outside world what do we have to do? Iam sure there are many conspirist to the same idea as mine. those who would go to great legnths to find the truth. Remeber in the animatrix when that kid dove off the building and thats how he got out? Thats the ultimate way to find out I guess. But then again non of us are willing to go that far. But is there a step before that? Mabey mabey not, the only way is to reasearch and find out. And Iam gonna find out, one way or another.

As the matrix is real how is it nobody that is talking here has the ability of waking up. It is because there is more to the matrix than you realized. The matrix is a network of computers and organic computers (are own brains). Just knowing there is a matrix is not enough info you need to now what it is showing you how it is tricking your brain into thinking the world you see as being real. Because if you did no how it was keeping you a prisoner in your own mind then you would be scared in to waking up. As you would realise the truth that the images you are seeing is not a world or computer world but your own mind computerized and projected on to a liquid screen so you see only the data after it has been edited in stead of a live feed.. That is what you can’t wake up because you only believe in a system not the truth. just understand that if any of you have very lucid dreams so you can do what you want then try to ask so one in the dream about the matrix or say to them that you no the world is not showing you the truth make shore you keep asking. you will not get a reply and some times I have been told that other people that have tried this have said that they have been thrown out of there own dreams because of asking some think you should not no about. which says that who are the people in are dreams are that programs told to act like memories but with orders on how much they are to let you no. that it real but it still will not wake any one up but if it helps you to start asking the right questions then it will lead you to the right answer to set you free

Is the matrix real? It feels like it like everything i do is already preset just made to look like i have a choice. everyday for a while out of the blue i hear myself asking to wake up. i need answers.

You are not alone...

This world... Our plain... Is only one layer of reality. Everyone has the capability to be free. Everyone has the knowledge within themselves. It doesn't take a devout christian or an intensely trained zen buddhist. All we need is love. Love is the law, love under will.

You must keep in mind that not everyone in this forum are here for the right reasons. Some are here for the right reasons yet lack the ability to even comprehend what they are saying because they themselves have been indoctrinated without realising it.
I like your mindstate and I know it can be difficult. Not everyone can wrap their heads around the concept of the reality they know not being the actual case or just one of many.
Keep your head up, word of advice, be with the Earth, Against the world, but find balance within the 2. Positive Negative, Neutral.

I wonder really at the number of posts that in truth, have nothing to do with the Matrix: religious posts about how Neo is Jesus and vice versa, how we know what the Matrix is, etc.

Obviously, the world as we know it, and what we can infer from the Matrix itself shows that we ourselves, supposing we are humans plugged into the Matrix, have no real way of finding a way out without help from humans from a Zion.

Either humans have been freed from the Matrix and we who are talking about it here on the forums do not know it, or there is no one out there to free us/they cannot.

In any case, the more important question is not really a matter of whether we can escape from the Matrix or not.

It is like a version of Pascal's wager (although the premise of Pascal's original idea does not make sense), in that if the Matrix exists and you can get out, there is a gain, and if there isn't a Matrix (or we can't get out), there is nothing to lose. In either case, by living your life here to the best extent that you can and want to, you make a life for yourself that you will remember and will be proud of, and others will not neglect to remember either, and so there is nothing to fear, nothing to be miserable about.

If there is a Matrix and we can escape, there is no reason not to pursue a better life here in the Matrix. Call it a game, call it a surreal non-existent world that exists only in imagination through virtual reality, but it is a reality unto its own as long as you believe in it, there is nothing to be denied from what we experience. There is a slavery in the way we live if machines control us, but the way they control us, there is still reality. If you fear reality outside the Matrix, then there is still something for you here. If you wish to find the truth, then rise and rebel.

In any case, arguments that if there is a Matrix and that we haven't escaped it yet will lead us to leave miserable lives are moot and are quite similar to fallacious arguments by many that without God/Heaven (or any other religious entity/place), we will be miserable. The humongous issue with this argument is that this makes a humongous and ridiculous assumption about human nature, and the assumption is that we humans are not rational, nor are we determined and clever enough to find a satisfying life without either (or Zion, in this case). Basically, the point I'm arguing is (in this case, actually subjective for a bit) a somewhat (what I suppose to be) existentialist viewpoint in that we should live and deal with reality, and forget worrying about the other issues that we may or may not know and almost definitely will not be able to prove.
