Could be, and I think it probably is. Neo flies off from that place in M1, obviously feeling very confident, and he comes crashing into the ground at the same place in M3, not feeling so confident I imagine. At the end of M1, he had unparalleled control over the Matrix, at the end of M3 he truly gains control over himself, and realizes what must be done. So yeah, I think it is the same place and the same phone booth, the beginning and the end. I hope this makes atleast some sense.
