its kinda long and its from a blog.. but it was a interesting read for me.. ive read it over like 5 times to really see what perspective he was coming from but it is yet to be completly clear

Essentially, NEO is a program, non-human, designed to facilitate the transferring of humans who do not accept or reject the matrix program to Zion. However when the population of Zion reaches a certain level where they threaten the machine world’s matrix program, ie the anomaly, Zion is destroyed and the NEO program re-starts all over again by repopulating ZION.
Essentially, the NEO program is a form of recycling where their death is fed back to the humans in the MATRIX world as seen in the FIRST MATRIX movie. So there has been 5 times that this recycling event has occurred. The rebooting/reloading[as opposed to rebirth as NEO is not human] of the ONE/NEO is where we find him asleep in the FIRST MATRIX.
THIS theory makes sense because it explains how NEO or the ONE is able to see code while Morpheus and Trinity cannot. IT also explains why NEO is still able to SEE when he was blinded by BANE in REVOLUTIONS and when he and TRINITY are going to the MACHINE world, he is able to see LIGHT/electricity.
It is interesting to NOTE that SERAPH, ORACLE & MACHINE WORLD is seen in YELLOW light/code while NEO is seen as BLACK. THIS means that SERAPH & ORACLE is from the machine world but NEO is in a separate category as he carries the prime program.
A sidenote: If you watch the first MATRIX, when NEO is downloading all the fighting programs and Morpheus asks TANK how NEO is doing, TANK answers that NEO IS A MACHINE. Watch this scene with english subtitles and for some strange reason, the subtitles do not STATE this exchange. Very bizarre.
The NEO program is/was designed to be a recruiting program, just like how cults recruit people in real life. The machines adopting the CHRIST story to sell to the disbelievers of the Matrix program. Easier for rebels to accept a purpose based on the past.
The funny thing is that Morpheus/ORACLE uses the variation of the cult recruiting program to recruit NEO into saving the human race and ending the war. This may be the flaw, the anomaly in a sense. Just as NEO is programmed to recruit humans for Zion, he in turn is recruited to save humans from the matrix program and machine. OF course to be a convincing CHRIST, you have to believe the LIE that you were programmed with..
The analogy to understanding this is to think of your computer w/ the RECYCLE BIN icon. When you delete stuff on your computer, they all go to the RECYCLE BIN; after the recycle bin gets too big, you “empty out the recycle bin”. THAT IS WHAT THE ARCHITECT has done. People rejecting the matrix program are sent to ZION(ie recycle bin) and after ZION gets too big to become a threat(ie recycle bin is taking up too much space in memory), you empty out ZION/recycle bin.
This is what the ORACLE finally realized as she is an intuitive program.
If she can get NEO to terminate himself or stop his reloading function, then the machines WOULD HAVE to end the war as he carries the prime program, source code, that runs the matrix program and the recruiting of humans who do not accept the matrix program.
However, to do this, NEO must commit suicide, hence the phrase:
everything that has a beginning has a end.
The END refers to NEO ending his life/his programming.
However, to end his life requires FREE WILL vs his FATE[which is to keep recruiting humans for EVENTUAL termination].
It is interesting to note that in the first MATRIX, NEO is asked by Morpheus whether he believes in FATE and NEO says that he does not because he doesn’t like the idea of not being in control[ie ironic if you agree with/follow what I have been setting up].
However, how can a machine have FREE WILL? Isn’t that a contraction? How can a machine acquire FREE WILL unless it is human?
That is why the exchange between NEO and the Indian Family is important..it sets the exposition or explanation that programs/machines are also human.
This should not be a surprise as Morpheus informs us in the FIRST MATRIX that machines acquired artificial intelligence. But using the LOVE example from MATRIX REVOLUTIONS.. that FREE WILL is just words..it’s the action or demonstration of FREE WILL that is relevant.
So when the ORACLE offers NEO candy in REVOLUTIONS and he refuses..he has demonstrated FREE WILL. He also demonstrated FREE WILL when he decided to SAVE TRINITY when he was offered the choice by the ARCHITECT.
An ironic sidenote: The Indian father manages the RECYCLING at the power plant. Get it..RECYCLING.
Another point, their offspring, SATI, is an obsolete program. WHY is it obsolete? We can deduce her function by the SUNRISE at the end of REVOLUTIONS. I guess there is no SUNRISE in the MATRIX program.
SO that is why the ORACLE agreed to keep her. IF the war ended, then the SATI program would not be obsolete anymore.
Taking the dialogue between the ORACLE and Virus AGENT SMITH and the significance is what happens in the end.
The ORACLE allowed SMITH to take over her body so that she could mention the phrase, everything that has a beginning has a end, in order to REMIND NEO in their FIGHT in REVOLUTIONS that his death would end the WAR.
EVEN Morpheus gets in on the act: ‘If we could end the war, isn’t that worth dying for’.
THUS that is why NEO finally allows SMITH to convert him. THE conversion of NEO cancels out SMITH because positive charge and a negative charge or opposites cancel each other out.
However, THERE IS another significant reason..
Going back to the exchange between NEO and the Architect: the architect states that NEO has to go to the SOURCE in order to disseminate the prime program or the matrix program will fail & kill all the people plugged into the matrix program.
Since NEO chose to save Trinity, there was only 24 hours before the whole matrix program will collapse and kill all the humans plugged in.
If this happens, then the machines will lose their source of power.
THUS this is why the machines did not KILL NEO when HE came to the machine world.

NEO had to disseminate the source code before 24 hours; otherwise the matrix program would crash as stated by the ARCHITECT in RELOADED.
IT is this dissemination that allows the rebuilding of the matrix program and the rebirth the little INDIAN girl in the end.
THERE is some confusion, to me at least, as to when previous NEO loops to the beginning, especially for the previous 5 NEOs.
I would have assumed that the previous NEOs all chose the RIGHT door and there is where the LOOP begins.
However, there may be some dispute because in the fight between the VIRUS AGENT SMITH and NEO in REVOLUTIONS, AGENT SMITH is trying to remember as if it is AT THIS POINT here that is where the LOOP starts to occur where NEO doesn’t allow SMITH to CONVERT him and he defeats him instead.
THAT MEAN that the fifth ONE/NEO did choose the left DOOR; otherwise why would SMITH be suffering memory loss at this point.
THIS is not far-fetched as NEO was holding up in his fight against SMITH in the build-up to this conclusion[ie SMITH in the street crashes into the road while NEO lands on his feet, NEO in the second exchange kicks SMITH out of the building and in the last exchange, punches SMITH in the face].
HE may have flown away and the system RELOADS to the first MATRIX. Remember we have not seen the actions of the other 5 ONEs. And the other 5 didn't have SMITH as a virus.
However in this version, NEO/ONE decides to throw away his life, HE CHOOSES to give up his life.. and the end of the war.
THIS is initially brought up in RELOADED after NEO flies away from the 100 SMITHS and SAYS TO TRINITY & MORPHEUS WHAT IT FELT LIKE: ‘It felt like DYING’
Maybe all the NEO programs chose to the left door[ie SAVE TRINITY ?].
And that is why the population of ZION has grown too big. BUT this may be contradicted by the fact that the architect said that ZION has been destroyed 5 times(?).
IF this is true, then the other NEO programs DID CHOOSE THE RIGHT DOOR and ZION has been destroyed before..
THIS is significant point as it changes what the implications are, especially the exchange between NEO & ORACLE in RELOADED where the ORACLE states that when a program faces DELETION, then the program chooses to hide in the MATRIX or go to the SOURCE.
If NEO does not want to end his life/if he does not want to delete himself, THEN HE IS HIDING IN THE MATRIX.
Maybe that is what he is doing when we first see him in the first MATRIX where he is asleep in front of the computer.
Suddenly the significance of the messages in his computer is completely different than when we experienced when we first saw it
[ie Wake up, NEO. The MATRIX HAS YOU…].
This changes a lot of the meaning and the exchange that occurs between NEO and MORPHEUS.
Suddenly, NEO is being brainwashed by the ORACLE through MORPHEUS to END his life in order to TRULY end the war..
CERTAINLY makes the watching of the MATRIX trilogy more
THOUGHT-PROVOKING and EXCITING..

The ORACLE speech regarding vampires, werewolves etc created a lot of confusion among movie-viewers, including myself regarding its relevance.
However, I finally understand the significance of that speech. The subtext or the hidden reference of that speech is REALLY ABOUT THE ONE.
If you think about it, the way everyone talks about the PROPHECY OF THE ONE is similar to how people talk about aliens, crop-circles, vampires etc.WHEN NEO says,’programs hacking other programs’, it is a perfect analogy regarding his powers[ie ability to remake the MATRIX, fly like a superhero] and SMITH’s virus capabilities.
THUS she is subtly using the alien/vampire analogy to bring up the point about PROGRAMS that fear deletion HIDING in the MATRIX and how they should go to the SOURCE.
THEN SHE SAYS TO NEO THAT HE HAS TO GO TO THE SOURCE. THUS she is subtly guiding NEO to GO to the SOURCE as he is a program fearing DELETION.
THE fact that she says the choice the ONE makes will save ZION can be interpreted in many levels.
IF you still agree w/ the RECYCLE BIN Function of ONE/NEO, then ZION being saved is not correct as whichever DOOR that the ONE/NEO picks results in the current ZION being destroyed anyway.
SO, TECHNICALLY ZION IS NOT SAVED. The perpetuation of ZIONS as being saved is correct as long as NEO continues to recycle the disbelievers.
JUMPING to the SMITH’s speech about PURPOSE can be interpreted on MANY LEVELS. One, it is similar/rephrasing to the speech about CASUALITY, Cause&Effect speech by the MEROVINGIAN.
Second, it is to remind NEO on a subconscious level of the ONE’s purpose: to act as a RECYCLE BIN. Thirdly, it can refer to the concept of FATE or DESTINY where one is PROGRAMMED TO fulfill one’s purpose.
In here again, ONE/NEO’s function as a RECYCLE BIN for people who do not accept the MATRIX program.
Once you accept the CASE that I build, contradictory or not, LISTEN to the exchange that occurs in RELOADED when the KEYMAKER explains how NEO/ONE has to assess the DOOR to reach the ARCHITECT.
The speech by MORPHEUS and the others REINFORCE all the assumptions that I have stated. For example, MORPHEUS believes in Fate, DESTINY MORPHEUS does not believe in CHANCE..…

When MORPHEUS says that the war will be over in 24 hours.. this has MEANING of many levels..if NEO picks the right or left door..ZION will be destroyed..so technically, the WAR for MORPHEUS and the current ZION participants will be OVER..one can go on and on..
OF course, only the WACHOWSKIS ONLY know the answer. BUT I THINK I HAVE CRACKED THE CODE.
Interestingly, MORPHEUS is mistaken when NEO reveals to them the LIE, that the war would be over when the ONE reaches the SOURCE , in the NEB after rescuing TRINITY. Technically or being legal..NEO/ONE did not go to the SOURCE.
The architect IS NOT THE SOURCE if you listen to his speech. Because he says that NEO must go to the right DOOR to reach the source and then disseminate the prime program..
SO MORPHEUS is right in that the war will be OVER when NEO goes to the SOURCE one way or another but NEO did not go the SOURCE.. at least NOT IN THE SIXTH VERSION.
Understanding the concept of him DISSEMINATING THE PRIME PROGRAM, I believe it is this that allowed NEO to REVIVE TRINITY WHEN SHE DIED in RELOADED and it was the PRIME PROGRAM that AGENT SMITH COPIED or ACQUIRED when NEO dived into him in the FIRST MATRIX and killed him and it was the prime program that allowed him to become a virus.
If you listen to SMITH when he talks to NEO, you can get a sense of what is in the prime program: compelled to disobey, compelled to stay, dis-believe everything I was taught etc. THESE are all the things NEO FELT in the first MATRIX. Gives you some insight into what the BROS think what it means to be HUMAN?

SMITH was distributing the PRIME PROGRAM to all the subjects in the matrix. However, since none of them could go to the source, they could not disseminate it to save the MATRIX.
I believe it is this prime program function that NEO carries that enabled him to be REVIVED in the FIRST MATRIX.
Although all of us thought it was the LOVE that TRINITY felt that REVIVED NEO but now I believe that NEO cannot DIE in the MATRIX because if he did, then the whole MATRIX PROGRAM would collapse as NEO has to go to the SOURCE to disseminate the PRIME PROGRAM at predetermined time.
Thus one could chalk this up to COINCIDENCE, CHANCE.
BUT notice how in RELOADED that MORPHEUS does not believe in Chance, COINCIDENCE.
Just to confuse you further..let’s tackle the following scene:
Following the exchange between the ORACLE & NEO in RELOADED, if NEO has already made the choice and the ORACLE tells him that he is here with here to UNDERSTAND his choice, there are a couple of ways to interpret this.
If he decided to save TRINITY, then he is VIOLATING his programming/FATE of choosing the RIGHT DOOR and thus may on his way to ending the war by deciding to end his LIFE..
If he decides to NOT SAVE TRINITY, then he is FOLLOWING his programming/FATE to be a RECYCLER and so is not ending his life and the war..
so there will a seventh NEO program.
HERE I do not know for certain whether the ORACLE is advocating one choice or the other.
However, one can deduce by listening to the dialogue..first NEO doesn’t want TRINITY TO DIE..therefore he is choosing the left door and thus violating his programming/fate.
Now the ORACLE says that if he does that, then ZION will be destroyed.
THIS may be contradictory if you follow the assumption that NEO/ONE is a recycle bin and so ZION IS EXPECTED TO BE DESTROYED EVEN if he chooses the right door. SO THIS PART COULD BE A LIE.
SO this ORACLE is trying to reinforce the PURPOSE of the ONE, which is to be a false prophet.
However, this confusion here may be where the flaw in the script is revealed or the brothers intentionally set up the flaw to be more dramatic. OR they didn’t expect people to figure it out.
I would like to bring up the issue of CANDY. I believe the CANDY is a delayed program or upgrades to HELP NEO to make the CHOICE or to remember/trigger his PURPOSE, enable him to access the RELEVANT DREAMS that HINT to his future.
WHICH CHOICE I cannot say unless you want to accept the ORACLE is evil or not.
SHE tests him in REVOLUTIONS by offering CANDY but NEO does not need it anymore. I BELIEVE that is what she wanted to hear.
The evolution of NEO is confirmed by the exchange that takes place in the car after NEO is rescued by TRINITY in REVOLUTIONS..where LINK says to Morpheus that
“We are reading something but we do not know what”.
Listening to this dialogue again..
there is enough ambiguity in the dialogue where she is on ONE HAND reinforcing the FALSE PROPHECY of the ONE while on the other HAND trying to GET HIM TO reject his FATE..
so the ORACLE may not be inherently EVIL but she believes in FREE WILL, especially when she says that he has to make up his OWN DAMN MIND.
It is interesting to note how much MORPHEUS is dependent on the ORACLE.
Considering his ‘AFFINITY FOR DISOBEDIENCE’, he is VERY DEPENDENT on the ORACLE and PROPHECIES, that is HIS PURPOSE..HIS REASON FOR BEING..
you could say he is the one being CONTROLLED.IT is how the ORACLE controls NEO/ONE, through MORPHEUS.
EVEN in RELOADED in the INTRO, NEO says to TRINITY that ‘he does not know what to DO’.
IF WE extend the RECYCLE BIN THEORY, NEO/ONE is controlled by the ORACLE , to realize his PURPOSE though MORPHEUS, her surrogate.
THIS is classic brain-washing, cult-recruiting technique.

I would like to answer the question that bugged me about watching the MATRIX RELOADED the first time where there were a lot of NON-WHITE actors in ZION.
Now, I am NOT WHITE but I am so used to seeing white people in movies that it seemed somewhat bizzare. Now I understand why in the context of what the BROS had written.
Taking what the architect said in RELOADED that people who didn’t accept the matrix program were sent to ZION.
The fact that a lot of people in ZION were dark-colored or African descent, women, Asian, RAVE lovers and religious types and NOT MANY WHITE people tells you what the BROS were INFERRING ABOUT THE CURRENT SOCIETY.
A lot of white men just do what they are TOLD & follow the MEASURES OF SUCCESS in our materialistic society[ie accept the matrix program] while others who rebel are predominately NON-WHITE MALES.
That is why the no of people in ZION seemed to be populated by NON-WHITE MALES, ie non-conformists.
IF this is the explanation, then it shows you how CLEVER and THOROUGH the BROS were in constructing the RELOADED & REVOLUTIONS.
The CONCEPT OF TIME is extremely important to the MATRIX Trilogy & WACHOWSKIs. In addition, NOTICE how many times the characters mention ‘we are out of time’, ‘time is against us’, etc.
There is only 24 hours before the matrix collapses if ONE chooses the left door.
There is only 72 hours before the sentinels reach ZION.
There must reach the MEROVIGIAN at the exact time, 12:00pm, as told by the ORACLE.
NOTICE these are multiples of the number 6, which is the number of the beast. SO is NEO/ONE the anti-christ?
He certainly would be if my RECYCLE BIN analogy is CORRECT. THE ORACLE SAYS TO NEO in RELOADED that ‘he is able to SEE THE WORLD WITHOUT TIME’.
The MEROVINGIAN say: Who has time? And if we never take TIME, then how can one have time?
LOVE THIS INSIGHT & CONTRADICTION.
Also, THEY arrive at the building to meet the MEROV at 12:00. When they attack the building/powerplant to access the special DOOR, they choose to attack at midnight[12:00, coincidence]. There was 12 minutes before they would coordinate the attack.
There is only 314 sec for the door to the source to be accessed by the ONE.
Mifune’s speech to his men: ‘if it’s our time to die, it’s our time. But let’s give em hell before we do.’
LOVE is an important theme in the MATRIX TRILOGY. IT was LOVE that awoke or revived NEO from death in the FIRST MATRIX.
Then NEO is afraid to lose Trinity and it is reinforced through his pre-cognitive dream and after they make love in ZION.
Secondly, NEO’s love for TRINITY is why he picked the LEFT DOOR. WHEN NEO kisses PERSEPHONE, SHE SAYS TO TRINITY that their love, TRUE LOVE, was NOT meant to LAST, a nice touch of foreshadowing as TRINITY dies in RELOADED & REVOLUTION.
THE INDIAN FAMILY/PROGRAMS reinforce the concept of LOVE, especially by machines, programs, ie non-humans.
Also the concept of PURPOSE is relevant . ‘Without PURPOSE, WE WOULD NOT EXIST’. It is stated by AGENT SMITH in the burly brawl, the councellor wants to know what purpose neo serves etc.
The speech by the MEROVINGIAN about WHY is just repackaging/rephrasing of the concept of PURPOSE.
There is a lot of foreshadowing and contradictions[ie ambiguities, ironies] in the MATRIX TRILOGIES.
NEO professes to not like FATE but is dependent on ORACLE to GUIDE HIM ie find his PURPOSE/his FATE.
The need for NEO to die is foreshadowed a number of times:
(1) the phrase: everything that has a beginning has a end
(2) SMITH says in REVOLUTIONS that the purpose of all life is to END[ie another rephrasing of DEATH]
(3) when NEO said that SMITH trying to convert him in RELOADED felt like DYING
(4) TRINITY accepting her death and not allowing NEO to think badly about DEATH.
(5) WHEN the keymaker says: “IF ONE FAILS, ALL FAILS”. Now most of us would interpret the failure to not reaching the source but it was foreshadowing what CHOICE NEO would make, THE RIGHT DOOR OR LEFT.
Other foreshadowing & contradictions
(6) The dressing down of NEO by Mr. REINHART[ie his boss at METACORTEX] in first MATRIX is extremely AMUSING because it can be interpreted on many levels. IF you listen to the exchange assuming that you do not know what happens in RELOADED & REV, then it is a perfect example of what the MATRIX PROGRAM is
[‘You have a problem, Mr. Anderson. You think that you’re special. You believe that somehow the rules do not apply to you….every single employee understands that they are a part of a whole. Thus if an employee has a problem, then the company has a problem’].
If you have come this far reading the blog, you should find this exchange hilarious. Because it turns out that NEO IS SPECIAL & RULES DO NOT APPLY TO HIM. HE DID CHOOSE TO LEAVE THE COMPANY[ SUBSTITUTE company FOR MATRIX].
Perfect example of FORESHADOWING.
It’s also illustrates what most MOVIES PREACH in their story-line[ each of us are special blah, blah].Only FIGHT CLUB disagrees with this statement of individuality.
(7) NOTICE the CROWS in the scene w/ ORACLE & NEO and his fight w/ AGENT SMITH. A flock of crows is called A MURDER.
THUS Agent SMITH represents the murder of NEO/ONE. IT may also represent the murder of NEO/ONE by the ORACLE.
(Cool SMITH hates humanity and equates it to a VIRUS. NOW HE IS A VIRUS, and capable to destroying not only humans but the machine world as well.
(9) THE agents in RELOADED encountering NEO call him ‘an anomaly’ but still human. The Architect also calls him an anomaly.
The MEROVINGIAN says he is still a man & we see blood. So how can NEO be a program and be human? WELL, the architect tells him that he was programmed for a certain affinity for humans,
plus you can’t be very convincing unless you believe the LIE.
(10) DREAMS & SLEEPING are bad things as implied in the FIRST MATRIX because you are plugged in.
However, in RELOADED, MORPHEUS says SWEET DREAMS; NEO can’t SLEEP because of all the dreams he has been having..ironic that dreams are what gives hints of his future ..while the first matrix, dreaming is considered evil.
(11) MEROVINGIAN says choice is an illusion between those w/ power & those w/o power.
When NEO meets w/ architect and realizes that CHOICE is the problem. SO IS CHOICE AN ILLUSION OR NOT. Who is in power then, NEO or the ARCHITECT?
(12) Notice how TRINITY pulls her gun on PERSEPHONE in Second ACT of RELOADED and MORPHEUS pulls his gun on SMITH in the THIRD ACT in RELOADED. FORESHADOWING.
(13) WHY is PERSEPHONE able to KILL one of the henchmen guarding the KEYMAKER when she says that the MEROVINGIAN keeps the henchmen around as they are notoriously difficult to KILL. CONTRADICTION or PERSEPHONE is more clever than is SHOWN.
(14) The floor where the MEROVINGIAN is on is 101. This is the same number as NEO’s apt in FIRST MATRIX.
(15) In fight w/ SMITH in REVOLUTIONS, NEO again exercises FREE WILL[ie makes up his own damn mind] and CHOOSES to END HIS LIFE. THINKING about it, the phrase ‘DAMN MIND’ is telling of what ORACLE might think of FREE WILL. ONLY a damned MIND chooses to exercise FREE WILL. SO is FREE WILL as heavenly as the ORACLE thinks it to be. NOW I’m just shifting through sand for clues.
(16) TRINITY & MORPHEUS act out in very similar manners in RELOADED. Each pull their GUN in hostile response to PERSEPHONE & then AGENT SMITH. They both choose to fight AGENTS while in the first MATRIX they usually flee. TECHNICALLY MORPHEUS did fight AGENT SMITH in first MATRIX but this was more to sacrifice his life to save NEO. But in reloaded, he fought because he wanted to.
(17) When planning the attack on the power plant in RELOADED, Morpheus says that he does not BELIEVE IN CHANCE. However, HE did take a CHANCE when they were transporting the KEYMAKER through the HIGHWAY. CONTRADICTION or NOT?
(1Cool FORESHADOWING: In the first MATRIX, MORPHEUS tells NEO that humans that die are FLUSHED DOWN & TURNED INTO FEED for the plugged humans in the matrix.
NOW this scene foreshadows MY THEORY that NEO PROGRAM is a RECYCLING program to handle all the humans who reject the matrix program.
HA, HA, HA. That is so funny.
PEOPLE who found the feeding the dead into the living humans DISTURBING & DISGUSTING should think about what COWS are having DONE to THEM; being fed the leftover cows in their feed. We are the MACHINES to COWS.
(19) RAINDROPS OR RAIN and other forms of rain imagery[ie the WINDOW being cleaned outside METACORTEX, the matrix SCREENSAVER] is prevalent through the first MATRIX.
But is non-existent in RELOADED & first half of REVOLUTIONS. IT comes FULL CIRCLE when NEO fights SMITH in the climax.
(20) In the TRINITY/TWINS fight in the underground car park, I still don’t understand why there are all these 50s/vintage cars in the car park and there is only ONE MODERN CAR, the white cadillac.
As commented earlier in posts, the TWINS smile at the collision of the BMW when they were catching TRINITY/MORPHEUS. Maybe the BROS didn’t get BMW to lend them their cars and this was PAYBACK.
(21) The truck driver of the DUCATIS in RELOADED is GEOFF DARROW, one of the storyboard drawers for all three movies.

(24) The First MATRIX is considered to be a modern CHRIST story and all the characters say JESUS or GODDAMNIT throughout the trilogy.
THIS religious inference can be extended[ie a form of foreshadowing] to what is HEAVEN, what is HELL and what is PURGATORY[?] .
From the way the BROS presented and what they are saying, I BELIEVE that the MACHINE WORLD is CONSIDERED HEAVEN. This might be considered heresy but LOOK at how is the machine world presented in REVOLUTIONS? NEO says that IT IS A CITY OF LIGHT, A CITY BUILT ON LIGHT, BEAUTIFUL. THAT is the imagery or perception most people are told WHAT HEAVEN IS.
ZION, on the other hand, is ALL the WAY DOWN, DOWN near the core of the earth. THAT is where all of us KNOW WHERE HELL is located. NOT NEAR THE CORE but down.
ALSO that is where they is HEAT and the fact that NEO IS A FALSE PROPHET, then ZION cannot be HEAVEN, especially if the MACHINES have destroyed ZION 5 times already.
LISTEN TO MIFUNE in his speech to his troops in REVOLUTIONS: “If it’s our time to die, then let’s give them HELL before we do”.
THAT confirmed it for me that ZION is HELL because they are giving ZION back to the machines.
The process of elimination leads me to conclude that the MATRIX is purgatory. NEITHER HEAVEN OR HELL. PERFECT definition of purgatory.
(25) Following on the above discussion of what is HEAVEN & HELL, it is interesting that the machines take on INSECT FORMS in the MACHINE WORLD.
If you see in the ANIMATRIX EPISODE 1[backstory to how the conflict between man & machine occurred], then the story ASKS THE QUESTION:
"if the machines are constructed in the image of MAN and imbued with the spirit of MAN, then why can’t machines BE MAN[ie be HUMAN ?"].
This raises an interesting insight:
that the machines taking on the image of man rebelled against MAN when they were not given rights akin to HUMANS.
Maybe that is why MACHINES CHOOSE to be in the image of insects or the natural world[ie because they know how to be in equilibrium with their environment?] as opposed to the image of human[as SMITH in the first MATRIX says: HUMAN BEING is a DISEASE, a VIRUS who consumes everything and moves on].
THUS the BROS imbuing w/ the image of insects[sentinels are called squiddies & look like SQUIDS] & nature is POSING an ENVIRONMENTAL question as well, similar to what LORD OF THE RINGS did.
THAT MAN IS NOT PERFECT and is a creature of destruction while THE NATURAL WORLD OR NATURE SHOWS THAT EVERYTHING IS IN BALANCE.
THUS bringing back the issue of APPEARANCE that was brought up in the FIRST MATRIX:

(26) THIS CONCEPT of balance can be seen where NEO and SMITH are opposites and they balance[ie cancel each other out] each other out].
The ARCHITECT’s purpose is to balance everything while the ORACLE’s purpose is to UNBALANCE IT.
SO the ORACLE would naturally SIDE with/EMPATHISIZE w/ the human race while the ARCHTECT would side w/ the natural world of perfection, harmony.
In mythology, LOKI[ie closest symbol to SATAN-a disturber of the peace, mischief] is the lord of mischief and would be similar to the ORACLE, to unbalance the world.
AGAIN an interesting observation, if HUMANS are disturbers to the natural world, then they would be considered EVIL by the natural world[no disagreement there considering the destruction that MAN has inflicted and continues to inflict on the nature and the natural world].
THUS IT IS IRONIC or a CONTRADICTION that we assume that MAN is the BETTER in the FIRST MATRIX because MAN is enslaved by MACHINES.
BUT the BROS show that it is not THAT SIMPLE.
MAN IS AS EVIL as the MACHINES ARE in the FIRST MATRIX.
THUS bringing back the issue of APPEARANCE that was brought up in the FIRST MATRIX:

In the general sense or an overall glance, most people would interpret the MATRIX TRILOGY as a love story on a first glance.
As I believe NEO is a program, a machine, I believe that it is the first LOVE STORY between MAN[TRINITY-ironic] & MACHINE[NEO] and is a successor to BLADE RUNNER which is also a LOVE STORY between MAN[Harrison Ford] and MACHINE[Sean Young];
there is some doubt as there is some speculation that FORD was actually a machine as well.
BUT as AGENT SMITH[who is a surrogate for Larry W] put it so well, LOVE is a artificial construct, as false as the MATRIX program itself.
And as I had stated in my earlier entries, NEO could not DIE in the MATRIX and so LOVE that TRINITY had for NEO which led to his revival in first MATRIX is a FALSE one.
JUST AS RELOADED has shown that NEO IS A FALSE PROPHET.
On a secondary level and beyond[as many levels as you want], the MATRIX TRILOGY subversively makes FUN of most MOVIE THEMES that populate most hollywood movies that
(1) love conquers all
(2) the HERO/individual/lone wolf is always RIGHT
(3) fate/destiny is always a GLORIOUS ONE or a RIGHTEOUS ONE
(4) HOPE is always REWARDED when the ODDS are stacked against YOU.
REAL LIFE does not PAINT THE PICTURE THIS WAY.
REMEMBER HOLLYWOOD is the LAND OF BROKEN DREAMS.

THE MATRIX TRILOGY is ULTIMATELY ABOUT The conflict BETWEEN FATE & FREE WILL and the exercising of FREE WILL, especially when it regards the preservation of ONESELF.
Because NEO did COMMIT SUICIDE. And that took a lot of COURAGE, to kill oneself. THAT’S ULTIMATE FREE WILL.
HOWEVER, a lot of people were DISAPPOINTED by this OUTCOME.
EVEN I was.
BUT PEOPLE should realize that MOVIES are manipulation. THERE is manipulation in the setting up of the shots, the music in specific points, etc.
THUS we are HYPONETIZED BY the first MATRIX because it PLAYED UP the CHRIST STORY.
HOWEVER, what the BROS ARE SAYING that WE SHOULD BE CAREFUL ABOUT PEOPLE OR SOMEONE CLAIMING TO BE A PROPHETS. Because it is just ANOTHER FORM OF CONTROL.

WRITER/DIRECTOR M. NIGHT essentially wrote a variation of the first MATRIX but painted the story what if MORPHEUS[ie in unbearable, the samuel jackson character] was EVIL.
AND in a way, MORPHEUS is EVIL, in a subtle way as he PROPOGRATES the THEORY that the ONE will end the WAR.
Just going back to the FIRST MATRIX. When MORPHEUS says to NEO in their first meeting:
‘That you are a slave, NEO. Like everyone else, you were born into bondage, kept inside a prison that you cannot smell, taste or touch. A prison for your mind’.
As a stand-alone statement. It nicely SUMS UP NEO’s purpose as a FALSE PROPHET PROGRAM set up by the ORACLE/ARCHITECT to recycle PEOPLE who reject the MATRIX PROGRM. SO on one level, it explains NEO’s fate as a human being and his fate as a DECEIVER program.
GAY HUMOR does make an appearance when they have cornered TRINITY in beginning scene in the first MATRIX. In the beginning scene where the COP tells AGENT SMITH :
‘I’m just doing my job. You gimme that JURIS-MY-DICK-TION and you can cram it up your ass’.
DICK..ASS. GOT IT?
THE BROS do end the Matrix trilogy with an optimistic message..
especially when TRINITY sees the SUN in REVOLUTIONS. REMEMBER that she has never seen the SUN except as a picture. SO for her, to see the SUN, is truly an awesome experience. THAT is why she says to NEO THAT he has SHOWN her SO MUCH.
This is a very important because it was the covering up of the SUN that FORCED the machines to HOSTAGE HUMANS as a power source.
That is why THE offspring, SATI, is very important but is an obsolete program. WHY is she obsolete? We can deduce her function by the SUNRISE at the end of REVOLUTIONS.
There is no SUNRISE in the MATRIX program. MAYBE because the machines have no PICTURE to reference the SUN.
That is why the ORACLE agreed to keep her. IF the war ended, then the SATI program would not be obsolete anymore.

Just was MATRIX on TBS last night. Just watching it has opened up new meanings that I did not notice before.
For example, when NEO is running from the agents in last act, TANK says ‘left’ but NEO goes right and TANK says ‘your left’.
However, in RELOADED, when LINK says ‘LEFT’, MORPHEUS says ‘RIGHT’. SO MORPHEUS knew through experience when the operator is giving directions which way to interpret it.
Although there can a secondary interpretation where RIGHT meaning he understands LINK. However, if you see the car, it did turn RIGHT. Another subtle WACHOWSKI humor.
In the ending where NEO is talking to the TELEPHONE before flying away. If you analyze what he said, a world w/o rules, boundaries etc that is a prescient statement as at the end of revolutions, that is what has occurred. AGAIN FORESHADOWING.
The announcer for the show was extremely clever w/ this saying:
‘in the world of zeros & ones, ARE YOU THE ONE?’.
I thought that was extremely clever.
Niobe is anagram for eboni[closest to ebony] as actress, jada pinkett was african american.
Coming back to the MATRIX trilogy & reading the various books on interpreting the first MATRIX as most of the bozos on philosophy don’t understand RELOADED & REVOLUTIONS & most especially the GOSPEL RELOADED[ie which I did not read but saw the reviews in amazon].
I am sick of the CHRISTIAN analogies that are drawn about NEO & his quest.
First of all, NEO is not like JESUS at all. JESUS was promoting a religion; NEO did not know anything about himself & his purpose, Ironically, everyone but NEO knew what he was supposed to be doing.
Second, taking it a step further, all the superheroes, batman, superman, spiderman, are not interested in converting everyone else to their cause, like JESUS & his disciples.
Therefore, I find the concept that every story about superheroes are drawn from the JESUS is a weak one[ as TOLKIEN stated, analogies are used to justify the agenda of the author making the analogy].
THUS I reject that the first MATRIX & NEO is some sort of RE-TELLING of the JESUS story as it is not. Reading in the book TAKING THE RED PILL, I believe there are more connections to the Buddist religion than the Christian religion & the WACHOWSKIS are probably referencing more from the buddist part as NEO is a FALSE prophet & I don’t think the Bible belt would like to think of NEO as a example of JESUS when he turns out to be a model for the anti-christ if you have been following the entries I have been making..
FIGHT CLUB was the first movie that had an IMPACT on me in terms of waking me up to new ideas & thoughts.
Even thought I saw the MATRIX first, it was too subtle for me to have an impact. I needed to be beaten[ie mentally] to be awaken to new point-of-views[POV].
Most people would like to think of the title, FIGHT CLUB as reference to the fist fighting in the movie.
But I believe TYLER’s POV in terms of dialogue is meant to be the REAL FIGHT CLUB. The dialogue is meant to PROVOKE THROUGHT & RE-INTERPRETATION of your life, as a consumer etc.
FC is similar in the theory of unplugging as in the matrix. But in FC, you can’t just UNPLUG. So the use of fighting is the delivery system to breaking down of one’s old self and to rebuild to a new self. Both movies have fighting. Fighting is because your subconscious personality has to destroy the conscious personality’s constraints & free oneself to become a new person.
In FC tyler is subconscious & jack is conscious while in matrix Thomas Anderson is conscious & neo is subconscious.
