»Name calling and Agents...«

I'm confused by a statement made on matrix online : they say that Agent Grey calls every bluepill by his matrix-name (like "Mr. Anderson...") without any mistake.

Thus, it means that there is a database somewhere with all the original names of every bluepill, right ?

Then, why does Smith call Morpheus by his zionnite name ? He should call him "Mr. -place morpheu's original name here-".

I see only one explanation : Agent Grey has something special inside him that allows him to read bluepill's mind or something, it's not a capacity that all agents possess and that's probabyl why they insisted on that point.

I have come to wonder if Agent Grey was not the equilibrated state between Smith and Neo, because even if he works for the Architect (Neo accepted to bend under the machine) he's still good at understanding humans (a very rare quality for an agent).
So I think that his capacity to know everyone's name is a sign that he has anomalous behaviors.

Could happen. My view is that every agent can understand humans well with time. Like humans Agents learn and grow.
What their beliefs on one thing today may change tomorrow.
And the thing about Agent Grey...I think Grey is special.

Does the police refer to real criminals by their alias or by their real name? The agents refer to Neo as Mr. Anderson because, to them, it is his real name.

As for Morpheus, he could have had trippy hippie parents who named their kid Morpheus. M thought it still suited him, so he kept it. Or maybe his real name got lost in a plot hole, as the Matrix is littered with them.

I think they know the names of all the blue pills because they are integrally connected to them. An agent can use any blue pill during his task, so knowing their names is not so special I think.

Maybe Morpheus was an orphan or something who grew up in the slums where the Oracle lived nearby and the he was freed on a very early age.

Also consider this. Smith knew Neo before he was unplugged, so he could look up his real name. Maybe an agent never met Moprheus before he was unplugged.
Smith seems to know Cypher's real name, but Cypher might have told him that himself, while he we was talking about missing his old life in the Matrix.

It would be cool though to know Trinity's real name. I bet it must have been sexy and exotic
