Well yeah for us to exsist where we are right now (wherever that may be) and for the things we see, smell, touch, taste etc to exsist here also and be "real" so too speak, its proven that these things all need to vibrate on the same frequency to exsist in this dimension and time although time is a human conception in itself

No point me trying to explain in depth things becuase most people wont listen, but before you try and shoot me down, KNOW that I KNOW im right as you will find out too if you really want to..

For anything to exsist on any dimension it need to vibrate in the frequency range of that area, should you be able to change frequency then and only then shall you exsist in another place

People who have OBE's NDE's and other experiences know of this other place, it seems their consiousness shifts to a more realistic place/dimension etc, i have personally experienced many things paranormal that i guess can relate to a lot of it
