When Neo is talking to the Architect and the Architect says "Which brings us at last to the moment of truth, wherein the fundamental flaw is ultimately expressed, and the anomaly revealed as both beginning and end." What does he mean when he says the anomaly is revealed as beginning? Is that when the true One powers or understanding are begun? If that is true then what the Oracle says about the One's power extends beyond the world of the matrix might better be understood. No one knows what's happening, because no one has chosen the door on the right.

Neo was suppose to chose the door that reinserted his code into the prime program and reload the matrix, bringing about the end of the matrix he currently inhabitted and the beginning of the next. Making the One both the beginning and end of the matrix. That was his purpose.

Until that point the Oracle and the "Matrix" system guided, directed or manipulated (whatever you wanna call it) Neo to get to that point. But once he chose the door to save Trinity they had no more 'control' over Neo. From that point on he made his own path and did something no one thought he could do end the war and bring freedom to his people.... well at least temporarily.
