The Wachowskis are from Chicago. One of the producers of the first matrix commented that when they got rich they blew all of thier money on f-ing Bulls jerseys. I believe that the appearance of 23 is a personal tribute from two avid Bulls fans to Michael Jordan. IN fact, this is probably why Link always is watching what Neo does through a screen, much like a sports fan would watch a game on TV. I meant that the brothers are often doing many things at once. So this could simply be one thing they were doing. a truth implies that there may be more than one explanation. The truth implies that there is only one. The matrix often defies the one truth theory.
