a SYSTEM needs not any Neo but Neo who can't be stopped by agents - really strong, The One

These are the system's agents. After the first film the other two agents returned to the source and were upgraded. Smith refused to return and that's why he is the way he is in Reloaded and Revolutions.

My personal opinion is that if the agents don't pursue The One then he himself, as well as other rebels may become suspicious as to way they don't try to stop him, and why they try and stop others. So I think it is necessary to keep things consistent and avoid speculation by the rebels.

- about the free choice and predetermined choice - may be The One is man whos FREE choice coincides with destiny. May be exactly this is what make him The One?

The System replaced agents with more capable ones to make Neo's job harder - The System creates harder obstacles to Neo to convince itself and to prove to itself that Neo is really The One who is needed. If he can handle with all this - yes, he's The One. That was my idea. No any kind of conspiracy and "double-game".

'Choice' is not an actual choice - it is only idea of choice implemented in people brains; but when a man is able to REALLY make a CHOICE /this 1% not foreseen in destiny, out of "cause->effect" chain/ then it is real problem.

Merovingian is the former One (the first One, probably)

I think Merovingian was the first One. He survived reloading of the Matrix and want no more to be an One - he just wants to survive and he likes his way. Percephone wasn't played the same role as Trinity (in the past when Merovingian was the One). And that explains the words of the Architect: "While the [predecessors] experienced [the attachment to the rest of your species] in a very general way, your experience is far more specific - vis-a-vis love". Merovingian as the One not expirienced the vis-a-vis love - may be Percephone came to him after he was the One - or when he was the One he just didn't love her - why not? The Architect statement doesn't prove that Merovingian wasn't the One. That explains why Percephone wants Neo kissed her - she just wants to know the feeling : the love of the One - that feeling she never felt - unlike Trinity. Merovingian is the first One - this why he called Neo "boy" - he recanted his beliefs and he isn't proud he once was the One - he rather is ashamed he was the One. And this explains his mixed emotions about Neo - Merovingian was like Neo but now he is different. Merovingian is former One and he changed his beliefs. He cannot forsee the future /"Merovingian (about the Oracle): "Tell the fortune-teller her time is almost up" - Could mean that he can forsee the future, too."/ - he don't need it because he had the power to control the future (he is more powerfull than Oracle - "[Merovingian] also suppresses the Oracle (whose face has changed): Oracle: "Two programs...sold the termination code of my original shell to the Merovingian." and "Oracle: "A very dangerous program, one of the oldest of us. He is called the Merovingian") - the words of Merovingian is nothing but warning (or reminder) to Oracle.
"Neo and Trinity could also be a programs" - I think that when they all act in the Matrix they are programs. How could they act in the Matrix in their human bodies?

That's exactly right. Throughout the movie Neo and the rebels have to constantly be reminded and convinced that Neo is The One and that he is their saviour. We eventually find out that the prophecy is a lie, but regarldess he must be convinced throughout his journey that he is The One.
