your post is a bit confusing. As Msunyata said, the "one" on the bed at the end of Matrix Reloaded is Bane. Smith is a program that can copy himself over onto other entities connected to the matrix.

The guy on the other table/bed @ the end of Reloaded is Bane - he is not a "One." There can only be a single "One" which each version of the matrix.

Well, you can argue that Smith is the One, this was Bane is the one too...
