How is it possible for Smith to enter the real world? After all he's a program.....right?

Neo was unplugged by Morpheus, so Agent Smith was unplugged by Neo, the other comparison is that they both 'died' in the Matrix and returned back to life.

When Neo entered the body of Smith he had already died and come back. Smith was then able to come back because, Neos code was copied on to Smiths code.

So if Neo can jack in to the matrix using machines to to get his mind there, why shouldn't Smith be capable of jacking to the Real World with the help of a Human to get his mind there?

What do you all think about my theory ?

I think it is like this:

Think of a phone. It changes sound into electricity, then back into sound again on the other end.

Now think of the Matrix interface.

It changes brainwaves into electrical code that mimics brainwaves in a virtual world.

Now, if a human can be represented in a virtual world, why then can a program not be represented in a real world? All it would require is a way to change electrical code into human brainwaves (Matrix interface.) Now I believe the reason all programs cannot do this (only Smith) is because in order to transfer code to real brainwaves you need an empty shell in the real world and need that matching shell in the virtual world (Smith had both, he had Bane's body inside the matrix and the phone ringing was transferring that essence to Bane's body)

My theory.

OK, OK, The brain plug is not 3D glasses, but it's similar.

Now everything would be explained if
a) Zion is part of the Matrix
b) Bane is a software

If not, then my best guess would be, that if they can upload code ("how to fly a helicopter") then they could upload ANY code.
