»ARGUMENT TO DISPROVE THE MATRIX WITHIN A MATRIX THEORY«

The reason why everyone one keeps mentioning "only human" is because the machines have humans in a shell...i'm not talking about the ones in the matrix, i'm talking about the ones in zion. I believe this is the strongest argument against the Matrix in the matrix theory. Morpheus says (not word for word) "IT IS believed that humans blacken the sky to deprive the machines from the abundance of solar energy." The machines probaly blacken the sky to further manipulate the renegade humans (no sun, no life,) from propagating and advancing beyond their control. The only place to live is zion, underground where the heat keeps them warm.
One may ask "why keep humans, your enemy, while you can just destory them in a pinch?" Well, why do we keep zoos? Because as intelligent beings, we have the thirst to assimulate as much as we can, thus eliminating competition and improving ourselves (evolution).

THE MATRIX TRILOGY IS NOT FLAWED...

I had never thought about it like that, but i beleive you're partially RIGHT.

Remember how in the Animatrix the Machines were AI created by humans, they strive to create BETTER AI, it is possible that the Matrix not only keeps people under control, but it's also to create the Ultimate AI (is it Neo... is it Smith?.... we dont know... and at the end it is just a theory)
Remember the words MIND are use to refer to BOTH humans and Machines.

I think what we have here is the theory of evolution of AI it has been dealt with before but I do believe this theory to be the right one. Human Beings cannot live without machines and vice versa, thus AI has had to come to terms with this fact and also the fact that the Human Mind is more powerful than they gave it credit for, they have had to learn to understand Humans.... Perhaps Neo is the final link in the chain perhaps Neo is a symbiosis of Human/Machine...
We still are unaware of the full facts regarding Morpheus & Trinity, perhaps they are not what they seem to be....

my theory is the machiones can destroy zion any time that they wish and only do so when the resistance poses a significant threat.. thusly zion IS another level of control just not IN a matrix

such as when the conciller says: (somthing like ). if we wanted to we cold shut them off.. ( the machines in zion )..... when the machines feel that zion is becoming a nuisance they can just shut it off. like if a machine was a problem to humans

Zion, by defination, is a heavenly place, perfect and ideal. It is Jerusalem, the city of Israel. The inhabitants of it are called 'the daughers of Zion.'

Zion is the heavenly city... with a temple built above it. There is a temple in the Matrix's Zion. It is also completely surrounded, as it was in Biblical times.

But it was also sunny... something the Matrix does not have. I must look for more information to raise my new point... if I can find.

Zion is related to the "Elders of Zion".
