The homeless man who talks to Niobe in the subway station in ETM (after the airport levels and before the sewers) talks about how Zion lasted 72 hours the last time. He also appears to be the person who punches Neo into the wall in the Revolutions trailer. I am not sure about this, though, because you can't see the man's face clearly in the trailer. Am I right about this? If so, who is this guy?

He is credited as Bruce Spence playing "Trainman". He is the one in the clips you mentioned. Jumps infront of the loop train too. We don't know much about him... Think he is connected to the Merovingian.

If Neo does NOT have his powers in the white train station(I did find it odd that his clothes were a black business suit since he hasn't worn a suit since his corporate day job), then does the trainman?
Looks like it. I guess the trainman is the supervisor for the Loop deletion ride, just disguised as a bum.

The trainman seems to be in charge of the train LOOP, or related to it atleast (I mean, come on, his name is TRAIN-MAN) When neo fights Smith in the first movie TANK says he has an exit ready at an "OLD SUBWAY STATION" meaning that it was closed down or abandoned.
-I mean how many broken down stations with homeless guys living in there can you find, where I live, NONE.

ALSO if you look closely at Trainman you can see his got crazy eyes, his right eye is different in size and color, from the left. mmmm

I had asked if the REASON why the Merovingian collects eyes was ever explained in ETM (maybe I missed it) but if anyone can help, please tell me why does the Merovingian collects eyes?
