Sorry guys, but all this integral anomaly stuff is a bunch of mumbo jumbo... just something some fanboy created to make the story far more complex than it needs to be. Yaldaboath has it... Neo is the anomaly because like it or not... for the machines, he is beyond a measure of control. The only reason for this is because his mind is different from everyone else, he is "enlightened". The source didn't wake Tank when Cypher was about to pull Neo's plug. The source or archie or this mysterious "one code" didn't cause the Kid to yell out Neo's name and save him from being stabbed by Bane/Smith. It wasn't the plan of the machines to have the ship crash into 01 and kill Trinity while leaving Neo virtually unharmed(Smith did burn his eyes out) Neo was dialed into the heavens so to speak... he was awakening toward the godhead. His will was becoming "one" with the will of the universe.
