The One: I know you're out there. I can feel you now.

At the end of M1 Neo acquires his connection to the Source, enabling him to see the underpinnings of the Matrix and defeat agent smith effortlessly etc. He describes this as being able to ‘feel’ the AI. This ‘feeling’ grows and develops to an awareness beyond his simulation within Matrix...

Neos & Sentinels at the end of Reloaded... Something's different... I can feel them.

Oracle: The power of the One extends beyond this world. It reaches from here all the way back to where it came from.
Neo: Where?
Oracle: The Source. That's what you felt when you touched those Sentinels. But you weren't ready for it. You should be dead, but apparently you weren't ready for that, either.

The importance placed upon the word ‘Feel’ gives much of the plot away and reveals what Neo is experiencing on his journey towards the Source and the importance of ‘knowing thyself’ which he eventually comes to understand.

...I know that you're afraid. You're afraid of us. You're afraid of change. I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it's going to begin. I'm going to hang up this phone and then I'm going to show these people what you don't want them to see. I'm going to show them a world without you, a world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries, a world where anything is possible. Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you.

I think Neo has quite possibly been doing what he said all along, freeing minds.

The heart of Zion believes, believes in change, where anything is possible, they believe in the One, a ‘miracle’

The Oracle embraces Zion's hope - Neo. This escalates a world where 'anything is possible'. Disaster or change.
