By the way, good for you for stating a new theory. It really made think. Here's mine. The oracle phrophesied that Neo would end the matrix. The architect knows this phrophesy, how could he not? The architect was simply trying to control Neo, he was doing it the entire scene, "You remain irrevecably human, so some answers you will understand and some of them you will not" also "creating flucuatations in even the most simplistic equations" simplistic meaning making the most sense, so to speak, in the matrix. "Denial is the most predictable of..." You can tell. When he says "that was quicker than the others", he is trying to get Neo to have pride, to keep his focus off what he may need to do to end the matrix, as the oracle phrophesied. He also needs to follow a logical pattern of his speech, so Neo does not realize he is doing this, hence the explaing and all. I also think the arcitect has so much pride that he thinks he can null the oracle's phrophesy that neo would end the matrix. He does contyrol everything that happens in the matrix. He is trying the whole scene to confuse Neo. He sees his emotions so he sees how he reacts by telling him all about the matrix. So, when he sees Neo starting to think "maybe I can end the matrix when I return to the source" He tells him about Trinity, while still flowing a normal conversation. Why would all have the other ones return to the source? Did they, or did the machines just destroy Zion and leave it at that. It might be part of the oracle's program to do that. Or, maybe Neo is not the one to end the matrix. Maybe the one to do that is another one. Or Maybe the oracle is just another system of control, only helping Neo to save the machines, and saying she didn't know if Zion would be saved becuase a straight answer would have kept Neo from trying. Anyway, the arcitect had an objective. To control Neo. He is aware of everything the oracle says, and he didn't lie, or did he, maybe he thought he's going to choose the left door anyway so let's do as much as possible to fuck with him... hmm. I don't know. Why did he tell him about trinity? Oh well. Just a whole bunch of thoughts.

I was watching Matrix 1, and noticed that when Neo is in the car, and Switch pulls the gun on him, he attempts to walk out the RIGHT door. Now consider the lines that Trinity uses. God I wish I could remember the lines.

But she says something along the lines of "You've been down that road and I know that's not where you want to be."

So he chooses the LEFT door (stays in the car).

Coincidence?

The Architect can not foresee this, because his wisdom is based on rules, logic and mathematics, within these areas his wisdom is infinite. As soon as one (the) breaks the rules, his logical way of thinking is useless, because Neo doesn't do this because of logic, he does it from love and hope. This is also stated by the oracle.
