Of course everyone's theories are going to be correct untill REVOLUTIONS comes out, but as for the anomally, is it really a simple as just 'love'. If so does that mean no other inhabitants of the Matrix or the real world have experienced love in this Matrix encarnation? I think there is more to the nature of the anomaly than is let on in RELOADED, and with each new encarnation of the Matrix the anomaly changes into a more powerful one. In this case the anomaly has manifestated itself in Neo's ability to control not only the Matrix but machines outside in the real world also. This is a possible explaination why if the Merovignian was indeed a previous One, he appears to be pretty souless (and Persephone also); the anomaly in his code was not as advanced as Neo's. Also explains why Neo is blind folded infront of the SPEAK machine.
I'm pretty sure that the notion of 'love' to the machines has a lot to do with why Neo is in his situation but thats pretty far from the full picture.
Any other thoughts?

As for the suggestion to stop looking for the answers as it'll spoil the surprise, thats a fine idea but pretty unlikely.
