»The Final Episode of Friends....did you watch it?«

Yah this is a matrix board but this section is CHIT CHAT....so i wanted to know, did anyone watch the last episode of friends? i did....i even teared up alittle. Ross and Rachel deserve to be together....im sorry, i like friends its a funny show. What did you guys think of it, did you watch it? if so did you like it? tell me your thoughts, how would you of ended it differently?

No big loss that it's gone cus I never really watched it much... seen about 6 episodes.... but theres so much better comedy out there.

I went through a period of watching it for a while because i loved Chandler and Joey's banter, the rest of them were pretty unfunny to be honest. Twas a good show but Will & Grace is well better on every level.

I never really got into friends, though i liked the kooky one who played guitar and i did see the episodes where they sang to the monkey, and it got kidnapped etc. Not to mention some random others.

The only comparable thing I saw the last episode of was "Cheers" the show set in that bar (which spawned Frasier). It did bring a tear to my eye, it can be like the stars are family. I get really choked up when a good thing ends.

Chandler on the other hand is soooo Predictable. I mean How Predictable are his lines? Could he be any more formulaic?

Will & Grace is the funniest thing the yanks have done in years, before that it was Frasier....before that is was Third rock from the sun, then it was Married with children. Everything else has been candy coated feelgood rubbish that is so generic it's scary!

please please please tell me you guys think seinfled was funny...if not i dunno if we can be friends anymore...it is the best written sitcom ever...i've not seen any of the british sitcoms so i cannot vouch for them...what about the simpsons? any fans here? and the only other funny sitcom i can come up with american wise right now is that 70's show...but i dunno how many of these shows you guys get to see...seinfeld rules! i'm out...

Yes Seinfeld was very good, not to my taste but still a good comedy. I still reckon M.A.S.H is one of the best comedies ever...classic

trigger happy tv is one of the funniest shows i have ever seen....its so awsome

Spaced is the best sitcom, EVER!
I grew up on Fawlty Towers, Red Dwarf and Monty Python Anything.
Seinfeld is mediochre, overrated, but has some fantastic episodes.
Simpsons is allright, the new episodes are just rubbish. Infact only a portion of the episodes are good.


Well I'm sure you Americans could get your hands on atleast one new Britcom. Look for BlackBooks and Father Ted, they're fairly popular ( so shouldn't be too hard to find) and fairly good.


Blackadders overrated. WW2 season was fantastic how ever.

I bought a black books dvd and I thought it was 100% bad. I would reccomend for Americans propably Fawlty towers because it combinds both American and british Humor....don't think they would get ''the office''

ive seen clips of the office and it looks pretty funny, the clips made me laugh. as for seinfeld i hate that show. all they do is wine the whole time its anoying as crap. yes ive seen faulty towers, thats the show with john cleese right? he works in a hotel?
